This was my second time ordering Angie’s and every time there was something wrong with my food. This time I was highly disappointed. She did say with a review so, I have to be honest. I was very disappointed when I got home and saw the portion of food that I received. This was not worth $40. I don’t eat red meat and specifically asked for NO meat, only soup. I ended up with more meat than soup. The food tasted okay. It’s honestly not worth it. I’ve had better. I definitely won't be going back.
Today 5/14/22 between the hours of 6:40 and 8:00 pm I ordered egusi soup and it has a bitter after taste also it has multiple meats in it including fish inside the soup and that is not cool. I ordered from here a couple weeks ago and the egusi soup had only one type of meat in it and it was just absolutely amazing, not really sure what happened today but I feel I just wasted $61.00 + on something I will end up throwing away. Just not good today ?
I finally found an account manager of which for the first time in 5 years I will write a positive review. Mr. Robert really showed his good side. With the depositing and withdrawal of funds, in general, there are no problems, everything comes on time, and of course, webinars which are conducted very often for beginners, traders and if you want to recover your lost funds I recommend Mr. Jackson Robert. Entering the establishment teleports you into a world of friendly hospitality within the vibrant world of Western Africa. As a Mexican, flavor and spice are crucial into a well created stew having accomplished that initial bite of pure ecstasy. For the inexperienced be warned that heat is common but, satisfaction will be achieved.Personal thanks to Angie, such an elegant soul.

The owner is AMAZING! We came in looking for the buffet but said she no longer offers that. We told her that we hadn't tried West African food and want to know what she would suggest. She told us what to get and they were absolutely delicious. The food was very filling and flavorful. I recommend this place to anyone. It's the epitome of why I love hole in the wall resturaunts. Great service, amazing food.
I have been trying many different African restaurants for almost 2 weeks. Our company has a sold out networking ever with 115 confirmed attendees. Our menu will consist of different Ghanaian dishes. My hope was to try each restaurant before making a final decision. Angie's Winners Kitchen was one of the last on my list to try. I wanted to experience the customer service, presentation IN PERSON and of course the taste. I gave this restaurant 2 stars because the flavor of the Egusi was amazing.... minus the gritty taste of sand or dirt and the extremely tough beef?. The picture of the cracked top is how I recieved my order. I can only assume that my order was dropped on the floor and still bagged for ME to pick-up hence the taste of gritty sand or dirt. I had high hopes for this restaurant but I am extremely disappointed with the way it was prepared/presented. I ordered online and went IN PERSON to pick-up 2 orders. The one I ordered along with another that was called in over the phone by my Assistant. The beef was extremely tough to chew. I hope that you take extra steps to ensure that orders are handled with care, the meat is tender and that the person working the front is a bit more friendlier to all customers who support your business. On a better note, we found the perfect restaurant to cater our upcoming event?.
I enjoyed my experience here at Angie’s cafe! She is such a beautiful soul and her food is amazing! I love the eguzi with fried fish. My friends and I have enjoyed ourselves.
The food was so fresh and flavorful!! We had the egusi soup with goat meat and fish. The food is mind blowing and for our first tim experiencing authentic African cuisine this was a great first impression. We can wait to try more dishes❤️
The food is soo good and well seasoned… I got the spicy kelewele and Crocker fish which was sooo tasty and delicious. then I also got beans and plantain with beef which was really awesome. Her customer service was really friendly and welcoming…..will definitely go back to try other menu’s
