Went through the drive thru, got all the way home and realized our fries were freezing cold, one of our burgers was comprised of pieces of various Patties thrown together and missing bacon, one of the burgers had a live knat fly out of it, was also missing bacon. Called the manager and told us they would remake it. Went all the way back, for no new fries, and a burger that was STILL MISSING BACON. Checked the food in the parking lot this time, went back in to be handed 2 strips of bacon in a bag. Actually the worst experience I have ever had at a Whataburger.

Used the drive thru since it wasn't busy. Food was fresh and hot. Staff was very pleasant

I am a team player and I will be able to make it if I can get a chance.

Who doesn't love a Whataburger with cheese? This review concerns their onion rings. The onion rings I got today may be the best I have ever had from anywhere. This order was #504176, from the Granbury, Texas Whataburger. The employees were very nice. Great experience today.

Went their today at 2:35 pm to grab a whataburger with cheese minus lettuce and mustard add mayo and ketchup. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for it. Only 3 cars in front of me. They were slow And I was working so I had to wait another 30 minutes to eat it. First thing I noticed was there was lettuce on it and the cheese wasn't melted. I repeated the order back 4 times to the person doing the orders. Worst experience I've ever had. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM WHATABURGER IN GRANBURY AGAIN. IT TOOK THEM 20 MINUTES JUST TO MESS UP MY ORDER!!!!!!

on March 10th 2022 my card was getting declined, I couldn't understand why a friend just wired me the money on cash app to get her breakfast. I had her on speaker and she started screaming at me and calling me names I got very upset ( emotions are high right now my momma just passed) I asked the cashier for my card bk, went to my car to try to figure out why I don't have the money she wired me. a couple seconds later the same cashier came to my car window and gave me our meals for free she said the bill is was paid for and taken care of, which made me cry mo to. thank you very kind lady and thank you Whataburger for hiring such awesome genuine people. may God bless you I will pay it forward and again THANK YOU

This place is always slow. In drive thru with 5 cars. Took at least 15 minutes. Not good. Need training on process. This has been the norm 3 times. It’s our last!

It's really my fault. I shouldn't have trusted them to actually get the food I ordered correct. I didn't check because I was assured the order was correct twice Guess what folks, once again, it was so wrong. Wasted time and wasted money. What hurts the most is I love Whataburger. Good luck if you go to this Whataburger

Went to get some food during my lunch break the other night..Got the new breakfast sandwich it was absolutely disgusting ? The egg was nothing but salt..Also my friend order a patty melt without onions.Guess what it was loaded full of onions.. I complained to the worker at the drive though as you can not eat inside..He just shrugged his shoulders and didn’t say nothing..This place and especially the late night crew is a joke..They need to hire some new people that know how to make food properly. One other thing the drive though takes at least 20 to 25 minutes to get out the orders it’s ridiculous..

My husband has to have a double whatacatch to fix his fish craving. We couldn't find it on the app tho so we just ordered from the drive thru. :)
