Food was old well the fries were, and the cashier had no drive or any spirit she acted like we were an inconvenience to her being there. Wearing earvuds the whole time. It was just poor customer service.
The service was remarkably slow. I work at a local hospital and only have so much time for my dinner. When I paid I got no receipt. I got a number one single with a Coke When I got my food the fries were extra salty and cold. When I unwrapped the burger it was disgusting. Way too much mayonnaise and blood dripping from the burger. The bun was soggy. I ventured to take a bite but when it was pink inside it completely grossed me out
It was ok. Didnt like the way the cheese melted into the burger. Should have said no to it. Food ok. Nothing really stood out. People were friendly.
The worker was so sweet he made sure we had everything we needed and then some got our frosty tags
It's Wendy's, decent food, decent service.Atleast they don't constantly mess up our order like McDonald's, and their ice-cream machine usually works.
I Did get the frosty deal where it's $3.00 key chain access you get a free Frosty with any purchase all year... So that's not bad!
It was better than Burger King because of it being warm and fresh.
Among the best service I've ever gotten at a restaurant here in town. Jeff is by far one of the best managers I've ever seen, really makes my coworkers and I feel welcome. The food is always fresh and tasty and the atmosphere is always very inviting.
They have the nastiest french fries ever. they say they have the best french fries better than McDonald's and they lie,It was my first time trying Wendy's and it will be my last time unless I get my money back
Love Granbury Wendy's. The biggie bag is the best deal out there today and the ghost pepper ranch ?. Jeff the manager is by far the best part of this restaurant and the whole staff is excellent and makes you feel right at home and I leave there with a smile on my face a full tummy.
