Lady the drive-through forgot to put a straw in my bag. She like yeah I did I put it in the bag and she clearly didn’t and she had an attitude about it. And she was talking smack like literally had the worst attitude ever on June 24 at 1:04 PM just so you guys know what Taco Bell that she has an attitude and the girl with the short curly hair

So I go here at 11 at night to get some food after work. After sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes I get to the speaker. The first thing they tell me is they are out of beef!!! Now you are trapped in the drive thru and can’t leave because there are cars in front and behind. Why don’t you either have a sign up before the drive thru or someone outside telling people. It’s kind of a big deal when you run out of meat at Taco Bell! I’m furious and not only that they say you can upgrade to chicken but charge you twice as much to do so! I understand running out of a product in this age but to not tell people until they wait 25 minutes then charge them double is a scam! Shame on you and your management. $15 for 6 tacos! I can get a nice meal for that!

Jasmine made this experience terrible. I had made a drive thru order but checked it before I drove away. It wasn't correct but no big deal. Stuff happens. I took it back inside to ask for another. A female behind the counter saw me walk up holding my food but instead of waiting on me she went around the counter to talk with a friend and continued to do so while I waited. I finally asked if anyone was working the counter and she said that the people were busy. I asked if she worked there. She said yes but continued talking with her friend. I told her that was a google review for her and she smiled big and said that I didn't know her name. Well, Jasmine, I do know your name and I know you do not care about customer service. Everyone else was working hard and were very busy. Too bad Jasmine made a great Taco Bell meal into a one star review.

Adding to this older review.see I eat here often and actually like taco bell but tonight I was met with being told I need to use the kiosk to order.when I didn't give the response they were looking for I was told oh our computer back here is down...I call b.s they were being lazy.not only that but the drive through computer obviously worked why not do it there or come from behind the counter and order on the kiosk.there is online ordering already if I wanted to type my order in myself I would have done it that way...me and three different groups left as we all refused to do our own order!!!!I wasn't trained in how to take orders at taco bell they were so they should do thier job!!!!Staff is rude half the time.why even bother trying to roll the tortilla into a burrito at this point?would be better just to make it into a taco salad

You have reminded me why I stopped eating at Taco bell. You never get my order right......ever. once in a while is ok but you guys never can seem to get it right. It's not that difficult when you make an order read the whole thing. If it says no lettuce then don't put lettuce on it. If it says add sour cream......what do you do? Make it standard? That is what happens every single time I've gone to your location. So I won't be back. Train your crew to read the entire order.

While waiting on my order two teenagers came in from the drive thru trying to explain to the cashier that their order was messed up and the pink hair cashier quickly told them off trying to say she personally took it and didn't mess up and was going to have to charge them extra to fix it. The teenagers looked defeated and left which I felt the cashier could of handled the situation better than coming across as rude to them.

1st visit - never made it in the door because they were unexpectedly closed (POS down).Today, no Flatbread for chalupa meal AND no medium cups.She said I had to order a large or small. I had to ask if I had to pay the difference for a large when that should've been a given. She had to ask her mgr! However, I did only have to pay for a medium drink, but really?Something was wrong with the food as it tasted weird. Not sure if it was old or if they were also out of some ingredients.

Terrible service, I ordered from the kiosk and it took 15 minutes for them to even take payment from me even though they seen me standing there and just ignored me and then I had to wait another 20 minutes just for my food I have never had bad service with Taco Bell until I come to this location. I will never come back to this Taco Bell I’ll go to weatherford form now on

Old people and fast food don't mix. If you can't get a better job at 50 it's because you aren't even compitent enough to make the food right or put all items in the bag. Stop hiring 50yos. There is a reason they have to apply there over a real job.
