Drove in from Louisiana and the service was friendly and fast.
The older lady is super rude everytime I come in. I always forget what kind of bread it is a like so everytime I ask what the breads are she rolls her eyes at me and acts like it's something I should know. Not to mention her saying "you had enough yet" when all I asked for was some bacon on my sandwich. Also she was being really mean to her employees. Making them feel frigid, timid and rushed. They were all having a hard time because of her unproffesional behavior.
This place is good to eat at only when the managers there

This is a good franchise location to visit. Clean and the staffing is good.
Along with 6 or 8 people including elderly I waited While the manager cleaned windows and tables eventually I made my order.Waiting patiently as she separated the bacon pieces explaining to me she has to be accountable I said I understood and eventually got my sandwich.A Spanish gentleman came in made his order and at the completion of his order she explained how he could save money the next time he came in she was very courteous and trying to help him.Explaining how the coupon would work if he could fill out a questionnaire a questionnair of service.She never mentioned filling out a coupon or a discount to anyone in front of the line or behind me until the Spanish guy came in and then somehow s decided he deservded special service.Me and 2 of the other customers witnessing this agreed we would never come back to this store because somehow she decided he was worthy of helping in a special way while the elderly people in myself along with the other folks were not worthy to even have this mentioned
They have a really good staff of "sandwich artists" that seem to really care about customer service.
Went to trunk or treat at ABC and a male teen said he worked here but got sent home today. Desided to grab dinner afterwards only to see that the location closed early due to short staffing. Why are you sending ppl HOME if you need the staff??!!!! You lost A LOT of business tonight that that poor teen boy could have worked for. Poor management choice!!!
Hire ppl so we can eat dinner. Ended up eating at home. It sucked!
