Ordered at 12:25 pm for a 12:35 pm pickup. Food was not brought to car until 12:45 pm. Burgers luke-warm, fries cold. Took eight minutes to get out of parking lot because of drive-thru line not moving. Had tried to park in spaces away from drive-thru, but employees had all parked their cars in the shade in stalls rather than in open unshaded parking spaces.After 3 visits now resulting in the same slow delivery and luke-warm foods, I will not return and cannot recommend this Sonic to anyone.
To much playing around with all the kids. Ordered icecream from Jose rang me up and a guy Adam took my money, then girl put my order by the window and it took 5 of them to decide if I paid and which one would hand it to me. This is part of the reason I don't like going to this location. Besides they aren't friendly and what ever happened to old fashioned customer service? Thank you goes a long way.
Some of the worst food I've had in awhile order jumbo chicken/ barbecue and cheese tator tots .My chicken pieces were so small not jumbo pieces and so over cooked I couldn't get the plastic fork into them and note this was a lg size ..My cheese tots cheese was 1 slice on top .
Food is ok. It’s always hot though and usually I don’t have to wait very long. Also, they do a good job of getting the order right.
I ordered breakfast combo bacon egg and cheese with tots .No cheese no bacon just egg and potato .You could tell they rushed burrito was falling apart and barely even wrapped
I ordered #1 all the way with Mayo, and I got way too much Mayo with a little bit of lettuce and meat on a bun. I was very much disappointed.
I just wish the people would follow instructions. If they can not leave the cheese off a cheeseburger then Sonic should have a hamburger listed on the menu like it used to be so I do not need to scrape the nasty cheese off the meat. And when I order unsweet tea I do not want sweet tea!
Great place for courteous service and a quick bite or drink during happy hour. Very consistent.
Is it that hard to follow instructions? I order my burgers with no cheese but then have to scrape the nasty cheese off the burger when I get home. Order unsweet tea but get sweet tea. Is that too difficult?
No toast with a number 11, tells me after delivery they were out? Sent fries back they tasted like yesterday fries. Waited 23 minutes for the order( 3 cars in the parking lot)?
