The pizza was cold and tasted like it had sat around for hours. The pizza toppings were very scant. I have seen a greater amount of toppings on frozen pizza from the grocery store. The chicken wings were cold and hard. Some of the wings didn't even have sauce. I ordered a cheese shaker and that was missing completely. The whole meal was a colossal waste of money.
One of the two pizzas ordered was not prepared correctly. I immediately took it back in. They said they'd prepare another one and it would take about 10 minutes. After waiting 20 - 25 minutes they gave me the replacement, but it was also not correct. I didn't feel like waiting another 20 minutes so I left. This is not the first time this location has prepared by order incorrectly.
Called to order my grandsons pizza and when they picked up they asked, "can you hold for a minute." I said, "yes."20 minutes and 17 seconds late I hung up.So I called back and the same guy asked, "can you hold for a minute."I told him, "he'll no I can't because I was left on hold for over 20 minutes already."Surprisingly he said, "I'll take your order."I will not say what I told him but we are eating domino's now.Horrible customer service.Just incase the manager wants to know who it was it happened on 04-30-2022 at 1:05pm. If they even address it.
I went in and I think his name was London he’s a small fella and he tended to my every need. And I’m a needy customer. Some might say a Karen. For how little they get paid I thought he was kind and helpful and the pizza melted in my mouth pretty good for Pizza Hut.
I hope I get this right! Akeisha, Akeysha, Akeesha. I don't know how many other ways you can spell it but that person working is the kindest human being I think I've met in a while. Courteous well-mannered, and guest focused! Engaging guests with an awesome attitude! Thank You! Food was AMAZING!
Well we’re do I start. First we called and ordered 3 large pizzas to be delivered. The guy on the phone said it would be about an hour, well 2 and a half hours later still no pizza. I called and he was like the delivery driver went home 20 minutes ago, and I said well this is everytime we order it’s either messed up or we don’t get what we ordered. He goes to cussing and just being rude. Never will we order from Pizza Hut again.
1st off what is the point in online ordering and when it asks what time but when ya get there ya still have to wait.... And it was not busy.....Pizzas were dry, crust was over cooked... Pasta.. let's just say heat n eat pastas in a can are better than the stuff they sell... Just nasty and over cookedWill NEVER go back!!!!!!!... Do ya self a favor go to the real Italian place nextdoor
Timeliness on the order. Much too slow and received pizza well after the scheduled quoted time of when it would be ready. Pizza was great when we finally got it! There were several unhappy frustrated customers waiting for their order so we were not alone in the waiting game.

Absolutely god awful. The waiter was nice but clueless and it took a long time for anyone to take our order when we were the only ones in there. I get it that isn’t the part that angered me. I ordered 2 pizzas and some bread sticks. Pizzas came out over done with very little sauce that was sour to the taste. The pepperoni even tasted foul. My boyfriend had to remind them that we ordered bread sticks after 20 mins of not receiving them. We paid and left. Once home we started feeling incredibly ill as this was the first meal of the day for us. I will not be back and it’s a shame. This was once one of my favorite pizza places. But I am sick to my stomach just thinking about that meal we had.
