I will be calling corporate. Came tonight to order some pizza, and the person working had already locked the doors during open hours, then ran to the back when they saw us come up, another customer came as well and said they hung up on him when he called. When leaving we saw the person sitting on the floor behind the counter. Unacceptable!
I recently had an unauthorized charge from the Granbury location. I spoke with someone 2 different days who said that he would have a manager contact me. I have been calling for the past 4 days and no one answers but the hours indicate they are open. I am without a vehicle right now and am unable to go to the store. Poor customer service is an indicator of bad business. Not happy.
Very pleasant experience at the store, the food was fantastic, and Teddy is always very outgoing and helpful! A very brilliant and efficient guy! Will definitely be returning for my pizza fix in the future!
Dont get thin crust!! It doesnt cook. Like eating wax paper. The store didnt answer the phone when i tried to call about it that night so i didnt know u have to take the pizza back up there to get credit. I called like 10x in a row....no answer. So i emailed corporate AND left a voicemail AND filled out a survey and have yet to hear from anyone. Its been 5 days.
I've ordered many pizzas from the menu & I have liked all of what I ordered. My fave is the Cowboy Pizza. I really like the idea of a fresh baked pizza that is baked at home and tastes just as good as a pizza delivered and not pricey. The salad was yummy too!

Love Papa Murphys, but last 2 times they've gotten order wrong. Store is dirty. Trays under rack where they make your pizza are disgusting, covered with toppings that had been dropped. Fridge where cold items go had dead bugs in it.
