Pizza was never delivered and when I called the Manager was rude and not accomodating, and hung up on me. I asked if they could remake my pizza and deliver it and the response was "the pizza sits under a heat lamp so it stays pretty fresh". Asked if they could just refund my money and was told that they could not do that. Do not recommend this location.
Mildred at the granbury location is very patient, nice and has great suggestions! Over all experience was great.
If you are hungry, don’t order from Papa Johns!They failed to deliver almost everything in my order. When I called to have them deliver what they forgot, I was told that they would have to owe me what I paid for and didn’t get unless I wanted to drive all the way over there and pick it up. WHAT?!? Wish I could take back my tip and delivery fee. They ruined our meal that we waited well over an hour to get. Guess I’ll have a bologna sandwich after paying almost $40 for stuff we didn’t get. Domino’s would have never done that to us… food for thought.
Last 3 times we ordered, says 45 mins and 2 hours later still not here. We are done with papa johns

Our delivery driver was so sweet an kind, our Pizza was amazing delicious, an the garlic Parmesan bread ? sticks were so fresh an amazing in the dipping sauce yum ?.. thank you for such great service.. we make sure this who we order our pizza ? from always ?
Pizza was good but breadsticks came with the smallest container of marinara sauce I've ever seen, and it was only half full. 3 breadsticks and gone, had to throw rest of breadsticks away.
Last time I picked up a door dash order from here I was treated HORRIBLY...I will NEVER place an order for me or my family from here
