I went at 9pm 30 minutes before closing time, they didn’t have 3 of the items I wanted but I was happy to wait while they cooked some so I could get what I made the trip in to town for. But I was told “we’re not trying to cook anything cause we are closing in 30 minutes “ I could choose from what they had available and I did choose one item but another employee told the person he couldn’t give me that item since she was about to buy it and that’s why she cooked it. So at that point I was done and I left, I didn’t want to speak to any manager, supervisor or anything else I was just done and I will not be back to this location.
I came at 9 PM to get some food. Date is 4/16/2022. I was told that they are an HOUR before closing and no more food will be dropped. So, my options an HOUR before closing were limited to 4 different entrees. Not a good look. Just drove off upset with no food. And per the sign on the door and website they are open for a whole nother hour.
Drive thru staff was nice, but food was sub-par and this place is always out of sauce packets! What’s Chinese food without soy sauce???
It was really good and freshly cooked. Didnt like the egg rolls though. Werent that good. Spring rolls were great.
We love the food is excellent and we get our food fast...employees are very friendly and polite...
Food, fair. Chow Mein! Terrible. Basically Top Raman with a bit of cabbage. Orange Chicken, was batter with orange coloring. Will not be going back.
Under cooked rice, small portions. My kids love this place, but I am not a fan.
Did not refund or provide explanation of incomplete order. They shorted 12 whole spring rolls and a large chow mein. They knew they messed up my order via door dash and the lady there said she would fix it, after at first saying she was too busy (Who tells a customer whose order they have taken full payment for and know they have messed up, and proceed to tell they are too busy...) Never called back and never fixed it. Robbed.

Place was packed, but the employees and manager just kept right on keeping on! Great job!
