Walked up to counter to order gal says you have to wait 10 minutes or use kiosk. Two other people ordered at the counter. What ??? Am I different than those other people??? Rude!!!
Ordered for curbside pickup today 5/22/2022, got there to check in and all their curbside spots were blocked off. Went to go inside to get my food instead (because the line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building), and there’s a sign on the door that the lobby is closed. So I call about getting my food and am told they’re short staffed with supposedly only 3 people so they won’t be bringing my food out curbside even though it was still available on their app. I offered to stand by their door so they could hand it to me and am told “yeah, that’s not gonna happen”. So I ask for my money back and she says “well you’d need to either go through the drive thru or come into the store because I need the card that was used to place the order.” How am I supposed to come in when the lobby is closed?! And the whole point was of ordering curbside was so I didn’t have to wait in the massive drive thru line. The lack of customer service is appalling honestly and we won’t be going to this location ever again. I still don’t have my money back and will have to wait until tomorrow to get ahold of someone higher up.

Can't follow simple instructions, would prefer to just offload product as is, don't eat here if you have any type of allergies because they most definitely will not make it as requested.
One of the most inconsistent McDonald's i have ever been to. I moved into the area at the start of 2020 and have only been there about 10-11 times, and only a few times has my order came out correct. Half the staff is rude and unhelpful when you attempt to get your order corrected, and they pay no attention to what they are giving you.
Honestly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Every. Single. Time I get lunch, I have to wait 15-20 minutes for it along with 3-4 other cars. It’s ridiculous.If I had been a secret shopper, your shop would be closed tf down
Door says open at 6 inside. Waited till 6:20 still not open. Can’t use the drive thru due to being in a big truck. Can’t open when they say they will so go somewhere else.
The person at the register needed to work on people skills. He drive at least one away while i was waiting for my food.
Disappointing service management is rude and they are not about the customer. I give them a 0
We drove up to order breakfast this morning and we were in one lane waiting and the other lane took three cars orders and did not acknowledge us. So we left.
