They never answer their phones so instead of just calling ahead for like 2 pizza’s you have to wait half an hour for them to do stuff
Very very nasty food. Service is terrible worst service in granbury lol. Workers are rude and don’t care about their customers.
Pizza was ready about 5 min after I arrived but they put it in warmer. I gave my name twice after waiting another 10 min. Or so. Finally some one liked in warmer. I know they were busy but if they would just check and call the name when the pizzas ate ready it would move faster.
Very disappointed that they did not refund my money or send another pizza after Doordash hadn't made the delivery 2 hours later, they said it was out of there hands even though I ordered and paid on their app. The guy I spoke to was rude and didn't even care.
My order was supposed to be done at 5:30, but was not actually done or even started when I got there. This is not the first time I've had problems. I stopped getting delivered pizza because who ever the driver was kept dropping it off at random houses. So I dont recommend ordering online or delivered if you can go and wait. Hence why the parking lot is always full.
Dont ever work here. Management doesn't know what they're doing, how to maintain a professional work environment nor do they know how to submit your paperwork. Is been over a month still haven't gotten paid.

Cheap way to satisfy dinner when you don't want to cook.
I made a order over the phone staff was great. I arrived and it was ready. The only thing was I think they were in a hurry because the pizza looked a little dry and the cheese was way less than I thought I paid for extra most bestest thin crust. The crust was really burnt and curled up because there was no cheese on the edge of the pizza. I asked for another pizza I was not pleased with the one I got. No problem no question asked he got right to it to make the other pizza I was grateful for that. The second pizza was great and tasty. They were about to close in a hour.
