Do you keep your phone off the hook? I got home and was missing a large side of mashed potatoes that I paid extra for. I have tried to call 22 times in one hour and it always rings busy.
I placed an order online and received confirmation that the order would be ready in 5 minutes. Well, I went to the KFC and the parking lot was empty not even crickets. I went up to the door, nope doors were locked. I did see someone in the store, so I went to the drive up and they opened the window. I stated I was there to pick up my order, The guy at the window was very nicely stated sorry but we do not have the popcorn chicken for the buckets, I asked if they could just use extra chicken strips then. He walked back to the window and stated actually we can't complete any of your order we do not have any food, "WHAT"? so I asked about a refund, and he stated you ordered online so you will have to request a refund through the app. Hmmm, Memorial Day week end argggg, Several calls and 3 days later I finally get someone and they are supposed to be issuing a refund, too early to tell if that goes through yet. Not my first issue with this KFC, but it will be my last. Just Think a KFC that has no Chicken of any kind, no coleslaw, no nothing, well they did have soft drinks " Big Deal" I wanted Chicken and this chicken restaurant didn't have any chicken at all, how poorly can you operate a business. I went down the street to another chicken place and they had plenty of fried chicken.
I don’t mind paying the high prices if the food and service is good but both are awful at this store. I’ll never go back.
Tried to charge me $2 to place an item in my order on the side. Not an extra item, one I was already paying for. Woman on the speaker was rude and laughed and said "You're gonna hate this" when she told me it would be an extra charge to take the chicken off a famous bowl and place it on the side. I asked if it would cost less if I just didn't get the chicken at all and was told no. Then I asked how they were going to charge me extra to place it on the side, but not cut off the price if I removed it all together. I asked for a GM or DM's number and was told no problem. I pulled up to get the number and was given the store number instead. Might not seem like much but it's ridiculous to charge someone extra to place an item already being paid for on the side. Watch what they are charging you for...
Not too thrilled.. seems to have a few issues getting a simple drive thru order. The clerk at the drive thru was so stressed out that she couldn’t finish our simple order, that she had to do a time out and go calm..Anyways, we’re not going back..
Seems I always have to pull around and park and wait if I order a family meal BUT the food is hot and freshly cooked and never wrong and staff is always super friendly.
Well me and my buddy waited for like 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order then the chicken tasted old and cold probably the worst fast food in Granbury
I always love KFC. But today the chicken is so over cooked I can’t eat it. I’m just disappointed. They won’t answer the phone. So, that’s it.
Early drive thru closed. Lunch drive thru closed. Afternoon drive thru closed.Now worth getting out of my car.Food is getting pretty bad.We have better options, I'll take the better option.
Trying to take my little boy out for dinner on his birthday and all he wanted was KFC ... Sad tho the Stephenville location closed and the Granbury location had a sign posted short staffed use drive thru but the drive thru was blocked off ... So sad and frustrating.
