Looking at Jimmie johns from the front you can't help but notice how clean the windows are. If you'll look at the stores to the left and right of Jimmie johns you'll see that Jimmie johns windows are SPARKLING...........CLEAN while the widows of the adjacent stores are not. This huge difference is due to a devoted,hard working and dedicated employee at Jimmie john. This is to say THANK YOU, your hard work does not go unnoticed.
Did not make the sandwiches correctly as ordered. Tried to make smaller sandwiches than what was asked for.
Asked for no mayo, light mustard on 2 sandwiches... both covered in mayo (allergy issues), no mustard, day old bread... will not order there again.

If I could give this place a no star rating I would!! One of the managers is a man wearing fake eyelashes, a womans wedding ring and fake nails!!! They have completely lost my business and when I talked to the other manager about it…. the IT called me a b******* No professionalism this place is pos!!!
I’m spoiled, I think Jersey Mike’s is the best. I was very disappointed today, the bread was terrible/dry, the lettuce on the Italian wasn’t shredded enough, and I thought the meat was not the quality of Jersey Mike’s...... It was sloppily put together....I’ll never eat there again
It took 2 and a half hours to deliver. Once they finally came, they went to the wrong house, forgot our chips, and got our sandwiches wrong! What a joke!

My sandwich tasted like old fish! Did not order a sandwich with fish on it!! Not sure if it was the ham or turkey but it was horrible. 1st time to eat here and Will not go back here! Staff is rude as well!!
