Wait for 25 minutes in the drive through to get rewarded with cold chewy fries, and a chewy small piece of chicken on my sandwich. My wifes burger was also tough, terrible meal should have kept my $20 and eaten roadkill.
Not knowing they closed at midnight I decided to go through the drive thru. Waited for 40 mins just for them to close in my face. There was two cars behind me and two in front of me that also didn’t get to order. They didn’t tell any of us that they were closed and no longer taking orders. A heads up would’ve been nice.
Employees were very nice tonight but they were understaffed. Waiting 1.25 hrs in the drive through is unacceptable.
35 minutes trapped in the drive through. Only 3 cars in front of me.havent even ordered yet. Watching the employees enjoy a leisurely smoke break. Need to find an exit ramp to get out of here.
they were rude through the drive through and closed early tonight. shut all the lights off whilst i was in line and wouldn't take any orders. this was an hour and a half before advertised close time. horrible service, would give zero stars if it were possible.Decided to give this place another shot tonight, figured after 8 months they would be running a better operation. Same poor performance from this location, no more chances from me.
Ordered breakfast and it was very good. Hot and fresh. I didn't get any mayonnaise on my sandwich, which they used to always put on it, but it was still very good and fresh, which I really appreciate.
Came for a late dinner from out of town. Ordered online, got to drive thru and everything got shut off "due to weather" i called while still waiting in the drive thru,, and they tried pulling a "wr dont have an order from online". I told the lady inhad my order placed 20 minutes prior, so they started making the order.. I have been waiting in the drive thru nearly 30 minutes. There is one more car in front of me, so who know how much longer this will take. Never ever again!
Rude customer service, yelled at other staff members in front of customers before attending to me, attitude issues, cleanliness in dining area was sub par
3 times now about 11:30pm and you wait and wait in the drive through. Seems like it takes 20 mins for 3 cars. Bad night crew. I'll go to Whataburger from now on.
So. First time I got the cluck, super good and loved it. Past 2 times meat has been rubber. It's disgusting.
