There's nothing more frustrating to a customer that goes in to order something to go and gets in the car drives off and realizes down the road that the order was not done correctly... This was my first and last time at this eatery mainly bc when I called to complain the person on the the other end just didn't seem concerned that I was upset about my order being prepared incorrectly... Sorry but when I pay $18.25 for a sandwich, chips and a drink I would like to enjoy it
Omg !!!! This is the best sub I have ever had in my life!!! Who knew this place existed??? And Matt the guy behind the counter was great. Kept me laughing. Wow I will be back.

Love the food but last time I was there service wasn't very good, also was troubled when they messed up an order. lady brought it back in to the store, they gave her the right order, but the order she brought back they handed to the other customer and didn't remake it.
My husband and I LOVE this place..so good and I just tried the Mac n cheese for the 1st time. I will definitely be back..the employees are super sweet also

Ordered pickup online. My wife got there and the food wasn't ready, her soup was cold, they didn't have the cookie I specifically ordered and even though this sounds petty, they forgot the pickle with my sandwich. All around bad experience.
Extending my happy encounter with the manager named Stephanie to all. Firehouse you have a wonderful manager. I hope she is well paid. It’s really a breath of fresh air to see a fast food place in Granbury with great management, cause I have to be honest that is a rarity. THANK YOU Stephanie for your help with my allergy and being just a kind human being.
