Ordered two thin crust pizzas just before 5 pm. They got to my house at 6:52 and were burned, cold and inedible. Called to get them replaced. Staff member, very nice, said he would have new order out 30 minutes. No problem. Finally received the order and it was just as bad as the first order. $30 and three hours later I am writing this review. I won’t order again. So sad because y’all used to be my favorite.
Not at the hwy 377 location in Granbury, Tx. After 2 hours our pizza still had not arrived. Called and waited for 11 minutes for someone to answer the phone to find out it was just coming out of the oven. Told them to just keep it. Received an immediate text cancellation though of our order. At 1:30 am our order showed up at the door- 4 hours and 15 minutes after we placed the order that we had already cancelled after 2 hours.
Don't want to share a negative review, but worst service and beyond overpriced. $22 for small pizza and bread bites. I ordered for car-side delivery, but had to go inside and get it myself. When the pizza is done, the app sets a timer that it will be out in 2 minutes, guaranteed, or you will receive a free pizza when you place a future order. Well the timer went past it's 2 minute mark. I waited another 5 minutes, then went inside. I stood there with no one greeting or even make eye-contact to acknowledge I was there. There were 3 drivers in the corner laughing and showing each other things on their cell phones. Cooks were standing and not doing anything. There was one person in front, though busy, he could have let those doing nothing to come up front. I waited another 5-minutes since there were other people just standing and waiting too before asking if anyone was going to take a minute to simply greet me, or let me know what had happened to my order. Instead, they helped another person. Then helped me. I showed him my phone, let him know my pizza was now 12 minutes past the mark of when it should have been brought to my vehicle... It was cold and over cooked when I opened it. There was no way at that point I was going to return it and wait again for a new one. By far worst service, pizza, and not returning. Sorry.
Ordered curbside pickup at 7:42 and it said it would be ready 8:10-8:20…I got there a little before 8 and followed the directions…waited til 8:26 before I thought ok they’re busy and don’t have time to run it out…nope. ‘Yes ma’am we’re starting that order now’????!??? I was polite and said are you sure it’s been 45 minutes and it said you’d have it ready 8:10-8:20. Yep we have orders on the screen from 40 minutes ago. My math says that’s 43 and it wasn’t started. I cancelled the order. No apology nothing just ok the money will be back on your card in 2-3 business days. Just wow that’s all I can say. Let me know it’s not ready don’t ignore me and thanks for holding my money for 3 days and I got zippoThat’s awesome
Caden did an incredible job. Whoever was answering the phone was absolutely pathetic. Called in to tell the delivery guy the gate code. Well I sat on hold for 15 minutes then they decided to set the phone on the counter next to another ringing phone for another 15 minutes. Would’ve taken 10 seconds to tell them the gate code but instead they decided it’d be best to scare away customers by not answering the phone. I get they’re under staffed, at least give me the common courtesy of answering the phone. Once again Caden was a Saint, give homeboy a raise. Whoever was manning the phones, I hope you deal with telemarketers daily for the rest of your life.
Delivery driver showed up but forgot pizzas. Said he would be right back, never showed. Called the store and couldn’t get an answer. Had to go to the store. Still don’t have a pizza! ?
Very disappointed. Ordered a Medium bacon and pineapple. Got a medium bacon, pepperoni, and sausage, no pineapple. Also ordered buffalo style wings. Got 6 wings with no sauce. Food was cold. The garlic bread was dry and hard to eat. The cinnamon bread was just as hard. Still have receipt. Clearly states what I ordered and didn't receive.
Ordered pizza for delivery at 7:00 to feed four families. Was told by staff that delivery time would be 45 minutes. Pizza did not arrive at 8:00. Called and was informed that it would be another 45 minutes. Waited until 9:00 and still no pizza. Called again and was informed that pizza had not even been started yet but that we could pick it up after waiting over two hours for delivery. Spoke with person claiming to be general manager who was very rude and eventually hung up abruptly. Although I certainly understand the food service industry in general is currently experiencing staffing problems, this should not be the norm. UNACCEPTABLE !
Placed my order @6:30 PM got a call from them saying our order could not be delivered until 8:00 PM this is the 2nd time the 1st time I had to go pick it up they said it would be 2 hours. They say they are just short on staff right now but by reading the other reviews i guess they have not had help for 3 years now. This seems like a management issue not people not wanting to work like they claim.This is the worst dominos I have ever dealt with. Even in the Midland/Odessa area which is way a more busier area it still only takes 30 to 45 minutes to get it. This place needs help.
