Came in on Sunday at dinner time,So many people in line and only two people working!?My future business will have to go to Spring Creek.That was a ridiculous wait,Although the two people were friendly,I still must agree with ultimatelyGet help or shut it down until fully staffed.
Pulled a piece of plastic wrapper out of my chopped beef sandwich. Called and they refuse to refund or work with me. Will not be going back.Update: Dickies corporate offered me a coupon lol. I still cannot get a refund for the piece of plastic that could have choked my 16 month old baby or my pregnant wife.
I hate saying this because I have always loved Dickey's but it was not so good this time around. The sliced beef was just blah, not one bit of flavor at all. I will say that the fried okra was pretty good.. .
was disappointed in the brisket no flavor dry even the bbq sauce was bland and no good ..the one in weatherford Tx is awesome not this one
A good bbq place. The service wasn’t bad and the food was good. We enjoyed the atmosphere and helpful staff. This is one of my regular stops for bbq in Granbury and I’ve not been disappointed.
Highly disappointed ?? ordered a Western it was $21 for a 6in sub with four pieces of sausage and half a piece of brisket?smh ! They didn't have to go containers,and their Toaster didn't work ! wish I had not ever went here!
have attempted to place 3 separate orders over the last 10 days at this location to be delivered and all 3 have been canceled. The last one was on 1/7/22 to be delivered at 6pm. I got a message from the delivery driver stating when they got to the restaurant it was closed. I had to make 3 calls to get the charges refunded on the 1 st charge and still waiting on the other 2. They very seldom answer the phone that is listed. If the business is not going to be open or you ran out of food then there should be a better way to let your customers know. So they won’t order then have to try to get their money back when their order is canceled. It is ridiculous and very poor business activity.
We got good service, the two ladies there were very sweet and helpful. They were out French fries , slider buns and some other things, but it was my understanding they have not been open long.
The 2 ladies working on 1-6-2022 were awesome but bless there heart they were doing there best and were very patient with me and my family they need to hire more ppl like that!The manager in the morning is very friendly much better then the old girl that was the manager!
Food here is good but most often they'll run out of inventory so it's best to call ahead to double check if they're currently carrying the menu item or not.Edit: I arrived and one of the employees ran to put up th closed sign and yet allowed their friend in to chit chat as I was flabbergasted at the whole thing, tried to call and they hung up on me.
