Always room to dine in and drive through always empty. Sounds great, nope you may pass a couple of birthdays waiting on your order and when you finally get it, it's not worth eating. My burger smelled bad, tasted bad and had to just throw it in the trash. Don't even bother trying to wake anyone up to complain, you might as well go to the bathroom and talk to the mirror at lest you can give yourself an answer. Bad Food, Slow does not even to begin to describe how long the wait is.
Ordered 2 mini blizzards, was the only one in line waited 15minutes and once they finally brought them out to me they were fully melted. Horrible service.
This is the worst place to eat in Granbury! They had nobody in the parking lot and only one car in the drive thru. And we sat there for 3 mins waiting to order then waited 15 mins in the drive thru with the people in the front of us to get their food. We called only to be put on hold then when they came on the phone to only be told they are short staffed. That is NOT a excuse when you only have two cars. My fiance and myself both work in food and would be in so much trouble if we did that. This is not the first time. We are on our way to work and don't have time to be waiting like that. We will never come back to this location.
One of the worst Dairy queen locations I've ever been too. The lobby is a mess and they didn't even include several items that other dairy queen's have like the chocolate soft serve. They also have terrible staff a young short blonde crew member approved me and went as far as to insult me over a misunderstanding with my order
Good way the spend Valentines Day and the Banana Split was $1.00 off. Love those darn things!
Very easy to tell taco meat had been over cooked by days! Black and absolutely no oil or moisture at all. Tried to cover it with tones of fresh lettuce?

Went last night at 8:50. They told me that they had already cut off the grill. And it would take 20 minutes for any food order. They don't close till 10:00. If you close at 10 why would you close the grill early. What is wrong with the worker of today. If you don't want to work stay home.
Blizzard was great, but they didn't turn it upside down per company policy.
