First time to this location. The store was dirty, the guy barely put any rice or beans in bowl when I asked for more black beans he put four in!, yes FOUR BEANS!, then when it was time to checkout I used my app because I had a free bowl and the lady said “UGHHHH” like I was some kind of charity. We eat at Chipotle at least twice a week, not this one. I will never set foot in this store ever again. You’re better off driving out to Benbrook
I ordered $35.00 dollars worth of food and this is all they gave me for my order to go. Then got told by the store manager this is all I ordered but was charged $35.00 dollars and that their online order system was messed up. They re-cooked the order again and when I was givin' the order the second time it was only a small cup of steak meat. There goes my door dash order and money just thrown away. Be careful ordering from this place.
Their food is great. Idk about the employees tho..
The staff and food are always great, consistency in portions is not. Last visit my bowl was flowing over yet my daughters was barely over half full
Went and the employees were very rude. They also messed up my order and didn’t offer for a refund or to fix it.
Good food. Employees are very unhappy. Not friendly, and a tad rude. Unfortunate that is why I have not been back in a long time.
We placed an online order for pick up tonight and ordered 3 bowls, 2 bowls were missing lettuce which was ordered . We also ordered a large chip and guacamole which is 7.00. The guacamole was missing and when we asked the employee started “sorry we are out” and then continued cleaning. No offer for refund or anything. I understand help is short right now but I don’t believe charging for items not available or provided to be good business practice.
Its a great place pretty standard Chipotle just don't get the new guy that nobody wants to help
Katy went out of her way to make sure I had a good experience. I placed an order at what I thought was this location. When I went to pick up the order I realized I had placed it for a store over an hour away. Even with a line of people out the door Katy grabbed a notepad and had me write my order down. She made it personally as well and filled my bowl up!! Thank you so much Katy ☺️?
Someone needs to go to the bank and get coins and stop spreading fear. You’re the only place in town that doesn’t have coins for change.
