I recieved my food (Chicken Crispers) with HOT Ranch that had a film on top. ?. That is a huge Time Temperature control food safety issue. It took 15 minutes to grab the attention of the Waitress. She replaced it with cold ranch, but my entire meal seemed cold from the moment it was served.Not sure I want to come back with food safety being overlooked on Ranch served with food.I hope you can see the film in the photo.
I have always enjoyed eating at Chili's.....not tonight. Our waitress was great....the food was not. I had brisket quesadillas.....they might as well have been cheese quesadillas with bbq sauce on them. There was hardly any meat on them. When they brought my food out the plating was terrible. My husband had spicy tacos. The worst Chili's food we've ever had.
How do you forget the garlic bread for the Cajun chicken pasta? Very little sauce, no tomatoes or green onions. How do you mess up pasta to go orders?
Our waitress was the best part of the whole experience. They have gone way down hill on their food,even the grandkids did not like their meal and that was chicken tenders/fingers. Will not go again
First off the manager is very good at handling customer problems waiter we had very professional. Now the 2 trys at getting a steak cooked to med rare.HORRIBLE. FIRST steak of my wife's was WELL DONE! SECOND was med rare on one end and was only very well and I mean well seared on one side the other side was hardly even warmed it appeared. My sides had no seasoning and broccoli was tough i tend to eat mine a little more on the tough side with some chew left to it but this was pretty CRISP. My wife's second steak had no seasoning no flavor and just a horrible attempt at a steak. My steak was ordered med rare and for the most part cooked decent was more med well but edible. Will I ever eat there again? no! But the wait staff and manager were super good.
My food was good but my wife's food wasn't what she ordered. I tried to get her to send it back or vet something else but she wouldn't. Chocolate lava cake was very good. All in all it is a very good place to eat. Waitress was nice and helpful
I'm a doordash driver, that has been nothing but kind to all of the employees. Me and a certain employee had a personal matter and they banned me from being able to receive orders from there. Even tho that person doesn't even work there anymore, very unprofessional on the general managers behalf and I would like to be able to get this matter resolved in any way possible. She was very rude and disrespectful to me while in the process of banning me over nothing work related what so ever.
The staff was really great and very understanding and caring about our needs in the food. I highly recommend anyone to come here and get yall a bite to eat.
Salads good, service lacking and no reason for it. Server repeatedly asked if we needed anything while empty drink glasses sat right in front of her. And appetizer cane out halfway thru meal. ?
