This particular Burger King is a joke. I have tried three times now and each time it has been a terrible experience. The staff are rude and unprofessional. They never get your order right. This particular time every single thing I tried to order “oh we don’t have that right now, oh that machine is broke right now, oh I would have to mix that and it would take like 15 minutes to freeze, oh we don’t carry lemonade (clearly a picture of Minute Maid lemonade in the menu)” I will never go back.
Dining room is closed, only drive thru is open. No sign in front, or on door, to tell you this.So we had a coupon, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries for $5. Chicken sandwich was kinda meh. Fries super small.However woman at drive-thru was very nice, and she the reason for an extra star!
I just went through the drive thru and had to wait 20 minutes behind 4 other vehicles to get my food, and then the burger I got taste so bad I can’t even eat it. I tried to call them and all I got was a busy signal. I have never had this problem with this location before but I am not happy. I paid $9 for a burger I can’t even eat. I got the new Patty melt and it didn’t even have the onions on it, all they put was thousand island!
Burgers were cold ... The onion rings were mush... I asked for a chocolate shake and it was pretty much vanilla... It took forever to order through the drive thru and that's probably bc there were 2 employees smoking at the back door... Why don't they have to wear hair nets anymore or disposable gloves?? Nobody wants to see people outside smoking and putting their hands in their hair and then going in and cooking your food... Very bad experience... Will never go back
They do a decent job in all reality. So why the one star? Each Burger King drive through is timed. They've got target order completion times. In order to meet their goals this Burger King will occasionally have customers pulling forward to artificially deflate their drive through time, thus making it look like they met their goals when in all reality that did not.There's a big difference between moving one long lead customer out of the way versus moving every customer.It's dishonest, shows lack of good character, and a complete lack of integrity. Cheating on drive-thru time implies that you'll cheat on many other things as well.
MOBILE ORDER SCAM This has happened two times now, we did a mobile order just to have them cancel it with no notice until we arrived at the drive thru window. They claimed they did not have some of the items in our order so they had to cancel the full order and we would be refunded. BOTH times we were not refunded the money that was immediately taken out of my bank acct when the mobile orders were placed. If you want BK, go inside or do your order at the drive thru, do not trust mobile ordering. You will not get your food or money refunded.
Not sure of the young man's name, but he's a very enjoyable individual and deserves to be rewarded. Even asked if my kids wanted boy's or girl's toys.
Very clean friendly staff and the whopper is my favorite and the veggies are always so fresh and the burger is always warm.... and the frozen coke is great.
The burger was good but the french fries wasn't really that hot enough to eat but the hamburger was super delicious
Almost $14 for a whopper combo??? I could of had a beer and a burger at a restaurant for that. On top of that a 15 min wait...
