Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Great menu variety. It is a true hidden treasure! The food was out quickly so if you are in a rush for lunch it is perfect! Really enjoyed the visit!
We have been to Brock's several times - mainly because we are addicted to their Trash Can Nachos with brisket. These nachos, as leftovers, are even good the next day - eaten cold or reheated. Oh, and the banana pudding is simply devine! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Brocks is a MUST TRY if you are in Granbury! You will not regret it!
One of the worst dining experiences of my life.(Side note. Waitstaff was great, kind, and refunded our meal)We ate inside and had 2 dead flies on our table. Within an hour had 6 more start falling and dying on our food and table. That was horrifying. On to the food the ribs were dry and underseasoned, the okra undercooked and wet? On the inside when we bit into them...the water pitcher they had out had food particles in it or all our plastic cups were dirty either way yuck....their sauces are open topped so we got to spend the evening watching flies go in and out of them. The pulled bbq was over cooked and had many burt parts and the buns were so soggy it was like they dipped them in water first. My daughter got the blt but they didn't have chicken so they got her turkey instead. After a couple of bites she said she couldn't eat it and it made her stomach sick. So all in all I would not recommend this place for bbq as their food all around is not great, the drinks are gross, and the flies inside is abhorrent

Had a hamburger and fries a week or so ago at Brock's. The center of the burger was raw (not pink). Fries had probably been recycled; grease throughout and some had multiple layers of "something" on them. I did not/could not complain as this happened at lunch and the line was outside the door. The staff are very friendly and I have had good food and service here before. I'll try again...
Great barbecue! Many members of the staff checked on us many times to make sure things were good. One of them noticed it was cold where we eating and turned on a heater. Monica even remembered us from a previous restaurant we had eaten in the past. It was great catching up with her. We will be back!!

So thought we would give it another try when we thought it was bad the last two times about four months ago, I wished I would have gone to Dickey's to be honest(not). The brisket was so dry I could not eat it, the mac & cheese? what is this made with... So we will not give it another try...wishing there was a BBQ joint in the area.
