Filthy tables everywhere, plenty of staff that can clean them. Not one was cleaned the entire time I was here. Didn't get everything I asked for and after going unacknowledged at the counter I had to get some attention. Being a decent human being and acknowledging and helping others isn't even relatively a difficult task. That's not even something that should be trained, it should come naturally. Also, almost all of the high chairs can't be strapped. Get rid of them. They're pointless if a baby isn't strapped in.
I order a chicken strip dinner which comes with a braums sauce. Out of braums sauce. Of course the cashier doesn't even bother to tell me they're out of sauce BEFORE I ordered and paid for it. I go up and ask for a discount since I paid full price for the meal and didn't receive all the items advertised to be included in the price of the meal. Nice little scam you've got. You ought to have informed me you were out BEFORE i paid for it or at least compensated me in some way. But no. They said they couldn't do that
Rare for a fast food place to refuse a call-in order to pickup via drive-thru. Ordering chicken which had to be fried, wh/takes longer. Seemed smarter to call in so it'd be ready upon our arrival. Gal who answered the phone didn't KNOW if she cld do call-in order. Asked & heard gal in background say "only if it was a large order." Our order "wasn't large enough." We're huge fans of Braum's but as of late, their food has been somewhat lacking in taste/flavor & time-wise, things take forever now going through the drive-thru. Hopefully, they will get things back to the standards they had before.... Prefer Braum's to McDonald's any day, as a general rule.
Hands down, the 2nd filthiest restaurant I have ever been in (behind the Arby’s in Benbrook on 377 which is the current record holder). Not a single table was clean and the floor had the look and feel of week-old grease and trash. The staff politely wiped a table down for us when asked but failed to pick up the (hoping it was mud) thing on the floor 5 feet away. Gonna skip this place in the future.
Had to drop in to try out some of the new ice cream flavors that I saw advertised on the app. I did the banana nut bread and cookie brownie delight ice cream. Big chunks of a yummy (not Oreo)cookie in one and great banana flavor packed with nuts in the other. Loved them both! I really can't tell you which one was better. I hope they keep these two flavors around. ?I got these 2 scoops as a Sundae with a drizzle of chocolate sauce on top, a bit of whip cream and sprinkled with nuts. You NEED to try it, it's no joke ? ???
We each got the triple burger, they were hot n fresh, and the fries just came out, and they were salty and amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Wonderful place.
Excellent service during a very busy hour. ALL of the staff were patient, helpful, and polite. They fixed the 4 of us delicious ice cream treats.
Service and organization is a mess. My grandson really likes this place and this is where he chooses to go when he's ask. I've been to this location several times, 6 or 7 at least, and I wish I could say it got better but...
The ice cream & burgers are great but, unfortunately the customer service is terrible.If you hate your job then get a different one.
It was dirty the prep table was horrible and messy service took extremely way to long poorly staffed the kidd kept looking over his shoulder instead of paying attention to what he was doing and he could not remember what our order was honestly it's not the kids fault it's his trainers fault
