Such a fun little spot! 4 of us went for lunch and it was fairly busy. Good came out quickly and was nice and hot. Between us the different dishes we had were the Turkey Bacon Avocado Club, Southwest BLT, and Chicken Salad Croissant. All delightful. If any slight complaint, the crust of the bread is a little harder than expected and might make the top of your mouth tender.
My friend brought me a birthday gift basket of pastries from Baked yesterday and these are the most delicious pastries I think I've ever tasted. I had a strawberry pop tart straight out of heaven's kitchen and a peach pie tart that was a moment. Good lord, I'm a Baked believer now! Hallelu!
I visited Granbury with my family for the July 4th mini weekend vacay and went here for brunch.First off, the Resto-Bakery throws off a real aesthetic vibe in the middle of the rustic ol town.Surrounded amidst the long and isolated roads, the Cafe is a short ride away from the central Granbury downtown area.Once you step into the bakery, you can smell sourdough and freshly baked goodies in the air.We ordered the following :-1. Fresh Toast2. BLT (without the B, I am a vegetarian)3. Avocado Toast4. 4 cheese grilled ToastDrinks :-1. Oat Milk Cappuccino2. Whole Milk Cappucino3. Matcha Latte4. Cold brew with a pump of in-house vanillaEverything was freshly made and was delicious!Loved the ambiance, interiors and the aesthetic photo wall!Will definitely recommend BAKED! for anyone visiting Granbury!❤
BAKED Bread and Pastry Co never disappoints. We cannot get enough of this unique and incredible bakery and coffee shop! The staff is so nice and the owner is out-of-this-world amazing! The baked goods are all beyond delicious! If you live in Granbury and you have not yet tried BAKED - you simply must! If you are visiting and looking for the best pastries you will ever find, give them a try!
It’s awesome to have an option like “Baked” in Granbury. Great atmosphere, with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. They serve breakfast or lunch, just a stop for coffee and fresh pastries are worth a visit. Their coffee is amazing, love that they serve it in ceramic cups! Today we had “Texas Fresh” and a “Southern BLT” with their sourdough bread made it right there. You can actually see them working on making the bread trough a glass window. Simply delicious with a great vibe!
BAKED! Never seems to fail. Everything always tastes fresh and the service is always joyful and bubbly. For one who isn't a huge fan of sweet pastries, this place knows how to find the best balance of a little savory and buttery with a little sweet for a perfect combination. 10 out of 10 recommend making your way down here to enjoy fresh baked goods and a warm and bright atmosphere.

Amazing food and friendly staff
Baked pastries and bread are the BEST! They are always fresh, made with pure, real ingredients, and so delicious. They work hard to make the very best products, and I love being able to watch them work through the windows into the kitchen. They serve Stumptown coffee, which is wonderful, and every single item I've had has been scrumptious. So proud and thankful to have Baked nearby!
This place is amazing! The pastries are so fresh and taste of the best ingredients. They have a wide selection from savory to sweet. And the coffee! Holy cow if there was a drive thru I would never drink *bucks ever again.
