Went by today around 2pm today 05/28/22 to find out that there closed, idk what kind of busy wing stop is running? first it was shut down for months previously, and now again today for what reason? Wing stop should just give it up, they can barely keep the business open , I love the wings but this is starting to get ridiculous with it being closed without notice, and I went by again around 7 still close smh
Placed order at 7:45 didnt get my order till 9:40. The person at the counter kelpt saying my order was next and 3 others got theres. He continues to say my name. As time pass the cashier gave another customer there food and laughed than said "sorry". I feel he was testing me. But the food was cold and the lemon pepper was extra salty, had to throw them away. Fries was over cooked. Paid 35$ for poor service and nasty food. Never ever again.
Ordered my food online, only to come in 30mins later and they haven’t even started on it.Can’t call the girl out because they have no name tags.. anywho. She’s on the phone, sounds like she’s taking to a friend, nothing food related.. teenage guys coming in and out to see her, laughing, hugging and what not!I should of went to Buffalo Wild Wings! Get it together! Very poor service!
Okay, first of all I got Wingstop a couple of months ago and I got parm and cheese, the cheese tasted bad and the wing was not good at all. That night I got food poisoning for a week. It was the worst experience ever. I do not recommend going to g stop if you do, watch out you might get food poisoning.
Ordered online and email said 23-28 minutes. I showed up 29 minutes later and asked before laying if order was ready. The manager said 8-10 minutes and then said he would check. Came back and helped the person next to me. Another girl asked if I paid yet and I asked him again how long till it's ready and he said he did not know. They had about 8 employees or more which only 1 looked to be working. Told him not to worry about it and left. So glad I asked before paying. Will never go back.
Forget this place. I ordered online to make things quicker-- it said my order would ready in 16-21mins. When I got to WingStop (30mins later)-- I waited another full hour?!?!.... are you kidding me!?... For Chicken wings and fries??? This place is poorly managed. The manager needs to step it up and learn how to manage this place. You need to retrain your staff on customer service skills, organization and ensure order accuracy.Do not come here.It's a waste of time.
Order took 30 minutes extra. No sense of urgency for customer service at all. The dine in area is trashed. Rude workers at the front . in the kitchen people just standing around. Managers NEED TO CHANGE. This place was never this bad.
BAD customer service. Ordered online and had to wait 30 extra minutes after the order was supposed to be done while there were plenty of people working just choosing to be on their phones. Decided last minute to get brownies and had to wait five minutes to even be acknowledged standing at the counter. Bunch of high school kids running the registers and loudly offering free food to their friends and just having group conversations with their friends while me and three other people waited on our food for over ten minutes.
Horrible staff, seem to be more interested in their friends from high school, then attending to customers orders. 5 employees stopped what they were doing to chat it up with their friends. Horrible service.
Online orders have been turned off for over a week now. I have called 3 times today since the online orders are off, the phone rings for over 5 minutes and then goes straight to voicemail. Ridiculous. IF they have a staffing shortage they should explain so on their website or at least a courtesy voicemail. I hope they get new management asap.
