This is my first time eating here. The rep asked me if my order was for here or to go. I said it will be to go, but this is my first time here. He said okay I will be right with you. When he returns he asked what would I like and what's my name for my order. I replied, I do no know what I want this is my first time here. A while later,I asked are the wings whole or are they wing pieces. He compared them to Buffalo Wild Wings, and said they are regular wings. I took his word for it. When I got home and opened the foam container they were wing pieces, not full wings. I love the fries, because they still have to skin on them. I bite into the BBQ chicken and it was good, but some pieces were rubbery. I bite I to the honey garlic wing piece and it did not have the taste of honey nor garlic. He was nice enough to put ranch dressing with my order. I hate ranch, but I appreciate the kind gesture. The food was not horrible and the customer service e was great. I would have to try other foods here before I totally stop buying food here.
great atmosphere, and good food
We always have a great time at Willie's. Lacy is the best waitress ever. She is always friendly and takes very good care of us.
What a great place! A few reviews were negative but our visit was nothing but positive. You order at the counter from extensive menu options. I ordered the Texas melt with onion rings (an additional.99).The best patty melt.. grilled patty loaded with grilled onions and melted Monterey Jack cheese on Texas toast, the onion rings are freshly made huge and flavorful! We will definitely return!
Register staff was great. Order took almost an hour, and then it was wrong. Kara the manager was very rude and made no apologies for issue with the order other than she is the only one in the kitchen cooking.
Great food and service. We had to carry out since the outdoor area had no shade. I think it was a dog friendly patio. I appreciated the packaging - separated my food groups. The steak was tender and rice and veggies weren't overcooked.
Super atmosphere, good prices and decent food. My burger was a little ferry but the mozzarella sticks were awesome and the fried pickles and ranch (made in house I suspect) were both good.
This is a hidden gem in Georgetown! The food is amazing, especially the burgers! Service is spectacular. They are so busy, you can grab a drink while waiting in line!!! Big win for the city of Georgetown. Oooo and the sampler may be the biggest sampler I've ever had! A MUST go for anyone craving a nice chill night with great food.
I had the Texas Fried Chicken Deluxe Sandwich, Tater Tots and Sweet Tea. Upon arriving the employee taking the order was in training and did a good job. The tots were an up charge of $0.99 and later found to be average in taste, appearance and quantity. The tea glasses were prefilled with ice at 1/4 glass and in the open next to the tea/ fountain drink area where you self serve. At the table a server took the ticket and read, I assume, the order before taking the ticket. I could barely understand the server as she read it quickly and wasn’t clear. The server, aside from being very pleasant and friendly, lacked training and appeared inexperienced. A friend asked for a bottled beer and a cold glass. The server asked if he wanted limes as if she didn’t comprehend the need for a glass. Despite indicating no need for lime, when she returned with a beer, she brought limes and no glass. Another request resulted in a cold glass. Upon ordering another beer she didn’t retain the desire for another cold glass. The “fried chicken sandwich”****…. I’m trying to think of how to describe exactly how thin the chicken was! Terrible, don’t order it. They somehow take a chicken breast and slice it to a size of maybe a sliced pickle and fry it. I have no clue how they get it that thin! It’s big and sticks out of the Texas Toast like you’d find with Chicken Fried Steak but the razor thin chicken was dry, no flavor and not worth the price. I would’ve expected a much thicker, moist chicken for the price. Overall, the restaurant was average and not worth the price for a self serve type place.
This was my first time here. I went around 3:30pm to 4:00pm. We had a group of 12 for a birthday party. They dont do reservations, first come first serve only. You order food and drinks at the front counter then they give you a number stand and receipt to put on your table. Then the waitress/waiter comes and takes your receipt to the kitchen for your order to be made. I had the mahi mahi tacos with fries and street corn it was pretty good. Some people in our group got the catfish. The fish was not cooked constantly. One plate looked a little over cooked and one looked a little undercooked but it was all good. They did give our buddy a free dessert and sang happy birthday to him. The servers were all very nice and were really hustling. Our waitress Kristal B. Was amazing.
