I like burgers where the meat is hot and vegetables cold.

Went yesterday not busy but a little crowded. Ordered 2 burgers and fries. Waited over 25 minutes with 4 cars in front before we could even order.Burgers took over 20 minutes to get and when the came were cold and the meat was so well done felt and tasted burnt. Would have complained again but they would have come back worse as we have done it before.I remember when whataburger as the go to place for a GOOD burgerIf there was anywhere else around here besides McDonald's that would help.No pride in what they serve anymore after the Chicago Corp has taken them over with majority ownership.Dam shame that we end up with this after over 50 years in business.This was may last trip to DB Woods whataburger.BWW and Mel's best burgers in Georgetown.

Can't get an order right. Will never go back until they replace everyone with robots that don't continuously mess up orders & demand higher salaries. Don't deserve $7.25 an hour.

In typical Whataburger fashion, food is delicious service is mediocre. It's not that the employees are rude, it's just they don't seem to care. Everything always takes so much longer than you feel like it should with little or no communication from employees as to why. I'll definitely go back, but it will be because I want Whataburger, not because I had a great experience.

Today is February 19th SaturdayAt 1:00pm I was in line with about 5 vehicles ahead of me after about 20 minutes I was up to the ordering area. I placed my order then was told I would get my total after I pulled into the other lane. I sat there watching three vehicles that were behind me order pick up there order and leave. When the blond young woman came out she told me my amount swiped my card and left. After watching one more car leave. She returned with my order. I asked her if the system had change and I thought it was working very well explaining that cars that were behind me had come and gone. Her response was “ that the food comes out as it’s order “ I said that the people that were behind me couldn’t have ordered before me. Her response then was “ well you have your food now” and that sheNot does what she’s told.We go there about once a week and this is the first time there has been an issueBy the way, the food was cold. Had to have been sitting for awhilePicking up a hamburger shouldn’t be an issue

We ordered 6 meals, 2 of them came out correct. Burgers and fries were excellent, but it's whataburger so I would expect nothing less.

The food was hot and fresh. Late night food run. Customer service needed a make over ( Drive thru cashier), other than that ok.glad the Dr pepper shake is back ?

Horrible service for the past several months. Emails to management go unanswered. The last straw was getting gravy with rancid meat in it that was pink and smelled awful. No way they couldn't tell it was bad before packing and sending it to me to consume. That tells me there are unsanitary conditions here and I don't plan on returning for a good long while, if ever.

Worst example of a burger. Order was incorrect and cold. This location continues to disappoint! Just wasted $23 dollars. Be careful at this location.

Typical Slow service! Food isn't that great, and I found metal in my burger once. The staff shrugged it off and said it was from a cleaning tool (had a similar incident in Temple at Mexican food restaurant) these metal cleaning tools should be banned.I generally avoid Whataburger for the most part.During my last visit the person attending the window should have stayed at home because they were totally unwelcoming and it was obvious they didn't want to be there. No hello, no thank you, no ketchup, no napkins. I'm shook I even got my food from her.Unpopular opinion in Texas, but Whataburger is generally a hard pass for me. ?
