Ive been to this location a few times and almost every single time we go there is a mess up on our order, but they are always pretty nice about fixing the mistake. There is this older gentleman that works there, he goes by Bill and hes worked here fir a few years. Hes definitely my favorite employee there hands down. Hes very nice and welcoming

Terrible experience. We are local and have frequented this location over the years, but this has to be the worst service we've ever had at any Whatabuger in the state. Stopped at the drive thru on Sunday evening, May 15th around 9pm. Person (I assume the Manager-he was wearing a gray shirt, not orange) taking our order was totally incompetent. Could not understand what we wanted and kept making us repeat it. All we ordered was two chicken strips kids meals and two whatburger jrs (one meal). I think it took 5 minutes to finally get our order in. The guy in front of us drove off before getting to the window because they were taking so long. They weren't even that busy. When we finally got to the window and paid and the girl proceeded to tell us it was going to take awhile because they "had to give the cooks a break due to them not having a break all day". I said, um, ok.... The girl just stood there leaning on the window with her back towards us the entire time. Interestingly enough, my rear passenger had a perfect view of the grill and saw them cooking (not on break). They put our food in the bags and let them sit there for 5 minutes before giving them to us! Why? We ended up being short a fry and had to go inside to get it. When we got home all our food was cold, cheese wasn't even melted on the burgers. What in the world is going on here Whatabuger??? Why are employees telling customers this? Sure seems as though this was done on purpose since we saw them cooking and deliberately let our food sit there! I normally don't post reviews like this, but I emailed corporate and got no response. I realize places are having staffing issues, but that is not a reason for this to happen. Totally uncalled for and makes your company look bad!

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff was. I also like that you do not have to wait in line for your food. After ordering, you are given a number and told to seat. Someone then bring your food to you at your seat when it is ready.The food was tasty and well made. I had a nice experience.

Waited in line for over an hour & finally able to order & GUESS WHAT- THEY GOT RID OF THE BREAKFAST BURGER ONCE AGAIN. I was not going to leave without it and asked them to make it still & I'll pay for the items (I have done this before, last time when they got rid of it) but this time they decided to just give me a cheese egg sandwich, with a burger ON THE SIDE, with the hash browns and peppery sauce. No it didn't taste the same at all. You literally couldn't put it together? I asked for a side of gravy for my fries, I was charged for a RANCH, which was NOT given to me. Whataburger over the years has been increasingly DISAPPOINTING. I'm done with y'all

Their staff damaged our car with a stack of bread racks while in the drive through a month ago and have refused to resolve the issue and take responsibility for their careless employees . It is very disappointing.

My daughter sat in line for almost an hour for order. Then the order was not completed, items missing. I called Whataburger and Kim said they were short handed. If you know you are short handed let the people know that they will have to wait awhile. This is not the only time this branch has screwed up our order. I am getting tired of paying alot for my order and not getting what I paid for.

They're actually open 24/7. They don't randomly close the drive thru and my order is always correct. Prime example for how Whataburger should be run. Other locations need to learn from this location's superiority.

Despite the line, my food was hot, fresh and fast. Thanks for the bomb a-- burger with the perfectly toasted buns. Customer service was stellar!

This last experience at Whataburger was great. Bias up front, I love savory breakfast foods and Whataburger delivers! This occasion I had the delightful opportunity to have their Breakfast On A Bun, a breakfast sandwich that delivers a sausage patty with egg, bacon, and hashbrowns with an extra side of hashbrowns. This was excellent, and if you are at Whataburger between 11PM to 11AM it is a must get!
