They were closed when I arrived, but first Maryann at drive up window was looking at my map to see what other places might be open. Then Miguel, Bless his heart, understood from Maryann that I did not drive on I35, so he was trying to explain it, THEN HE ASKED IF HE COULD ADD WHATABURGER'S location to my map! He did and I just finished a delicious patty melt. The KINDNESS and genuine compassion for me was outstanding
This location needs to just close down. Staff is rude. Drive thru is a joke. No one seems to care. Inside is dirty, tables are always gross and dirty. Today was the last time I’ll ever go. Standing at the counter to order lunch and a huge roach runs up the wall. Never again. I’m done.
The staff their has no regard to people's money or health. As I stated I have allergies to nuts. I got dirty looks at me as he refuse to tell me and only said ahuh. Then he refuse to give me a second order of salad. Only ordering at the window because the law care guy at 13:50 was intentionally making "fun" loops by the drive throw. Check the cameras. Then I asked about any other sauces. I'm diabetic got to watch what I'm eating. They still said I have this and did not give me sauce at all untill 5 minutes of having to yell at them. I want a refund feel disrespected and degraded by your staff feb 26th 2021.
Been in Georgetown for over two yrs they refuse to fix there main sign on the highway. Just looks very trashy you would think they could have fixed it by now ! I mean it's just a big ugly brown metal frame no sign it looks horrible. Then the hrs are all over the place some nights they close at 8 pm then next night it's 9 pm there's no consistency just cross your fingers and they might be open
On 2/7/2022 I got a large meal and took it home to continue working. While eating I took a bite and there was a hair in that bite. I’m not a complainer but it actually made me sick to my stomach. Looking closer at the burger the hair was actually between two in the patties. My hair is blue and blue had would not actually be between the burger if one of my hairs fell off. I tried to call the location multiple with no answer and you cannot leave a message as the voicemail is full. I have pictures of everything. I am literally sick!!
Better staff this time then it has been in a while, but still the food quality isn't good, or at least not the way it used to be.I ordered two chili cheese baked potatoes. They both looked like they had been microwaved. They were very hard I could only eat 1/4 of each one because the rest was hard.My cup of chili I ordered on the side was only half filled and the rest was cheese. I stop going to Wendy's at least the location in Georgetown because of the service , and food quality before the pandemic. I decided to give them another try just to see if anything was different. (Since they location had a sigh that business hours changed and management). Well I won't be back to this location anytime soon.Good luck.
I was so upset because I sat and ordered meals for a family of 4 and they waited until I came to the widow to tell me that they were all out of ice. I literally cancelled my order because I didn’t feel like I could enjoy my food with a warm drink. I was definitely aggravated to the max
I used to come here once a week but in the last several months something has happened. Lines are long, if they are accepting orders. You have to wait at the order speaker for a very long time. The last few times I went I had an item left out. When I call no answer to the phone. I will not be going back and urge you not to. It’s just disappointing because used to be reliable
Do not order delivery, I got the BLT, with no cheese, no bacon. 2 burnt baked potatoes. 18 chicken nuggets with none of the sauces I asked for. Treid calling I want my money back, tried calling up there 3 times with no answer.
I'm not sure what kind of idiot runs this location!!! I get my vehicles serviced at the discount tire next door quite frequently and this locations dining room is always closed down, so I go to Arby's. You're franchise is loosing so much business by being inconsistent and unavailable. The information online says your dining room should be open, but all the doors are always locked.I'm sure the people stuck waiting for their vehicles to be serviced would be happy to eat breakfast and drink some coffee, which only benifits your profits and its a HUGE oversight of management and the general manager that your doors aren't open for walk in buisness.
