Service was very disappointing and food was not at all appetizing, chewable or even warm! I was not offered nor asked if I’d like any sides, condiments or heck not even napkins…smh…this makes twice now I have experienced terrible all around service at this Taco Cabana in Georgetown. I feel jipped.

They have a taco salad. Thank you for it costing less but I was charged on a cabana bowl with a promotion going to advertise the salad clearly called salad not cabana bowl. So what's wrong with your employees under paid and over worked?

As a teen Cabana was our go to for good quick fajitas. I feel like their food quality has decreased in the past few years, but this location is one of the worst. I went there Sunday to get lunch around 12:30pm and was told they only serve breakfast until 1pm. What? What restaurant only serves breakfast until 1pm? Even ihop serves breakfast before 1pm. At one point this location was not letting you pull all the way forward in the drive through to the window. They would ask you to not pull forward until your food was ready, it was really odd. I ordered sour cream enchalads the other day and they just put a big glob of sour cream on top, not the sour cream enchilada sauce. I would like to see the cabana from 20 years ago, but that company seems to be dead.

Just moved to Georgetown and this was the first meal after a long drive. Got the birria quesadilla and they didn't even include the sauce and on top of that there was barely any cheese...that's literally what a quesadilla is. It not that hard to mess up. I've had better service at the Taco Cabana in El Paso.

I guess the people making the food there are like 1 for you 2 for me. When you can still have a steak lunch for the price of their fajitas combo, they should consider it. Also using Covid as an excuse to be lazy is just that, lazy. No salsa bar but self served drinks and condiments??? You can also at least offer the salsas pre packaged, again lazy. Don't know why I keep trying different TC's when it's always the same outcome.

I placed my order through the Drive-Through. The guy taking my order was not very friendly. The food was not great or good. It was a quick bite, but I have had better Taco Cabana before. I ordered the Chicken FJ taco and Chicken taco. The chicken was dry.

Very rude staff! The only professional person there was someone by the name of Brandun. I heard them talkIng in the back about how management is making the staff still come in even tho they are sick and running fever. That’s not right at all! That place is ridiculous! Don’t eat there! This place deserves 0 stars!

Terrible. Ordered 3 beef tacos, told the lady 4 times. She could not figure out which button to push, called her manager. When wife said 3 beef tacos, he got full of himself. Told my wife he was not talking to her and to not yell at him. Really? Over tacos?Suggest Taco Cabana invest money in 1. a training program, 2. race relations 3. Customer service.

I got a fajita taco combo and it was the most pathetic thing I have ever seen. It was one small tortilla filled with 5 tiny strips of beef. It came with chips and queso which were not bad but nothing special at all. For 10 bucks I felt like I was robbed

Fajita Tacos were good, drive thru young male staff was extremely rude. After car in front of me pulled away, I began to inched forward and he stuck his hand out window waving me back without explanation. I sat idling in car with other cars behind me for several minutes, then finely just pulled up to window. He opened the window, I said Hi. He thrust my drink out the window to me with an annoyed look and took my bank card and closed the window again. I waited a few more minutes, he then open the window again and thrust my food bag, bank card and receipt at me. I thanked him politely, he shoved the window closed again. All without one utterance from him.
