After a long avoidance of Taco Bell because of quality issues, thought I might try them again. Our order for 3 soft tacos, 1 crispy taco., and 1 bean burrito went in to the trash can after 2 or may 3 bites. Crispy taco shell was broken and soft tacos were filled and folded haphazardly. Bean burrito... cold. No more chances; I'm done!
Very good for a Taco Bell. Only problem is they are not open late enough. I rarely get to visit because most of the time I want Taco Bell they are closed before I get off work. So even though it's on my way home I can't have any because they are already closed. I have only eaten at this location once, though I have driven past wanting Taco Bell approximately 38 times only to realized they are closed already. Would love to eat here more often. Please extend your hours.
My food was ice cold! I literally live 3min from them so there is no reason why it should of been cold if it was fresh like I asked from the beginning. Went back up there to have my food remade and it was worse than the first time. My chicken was outside of my tortilla and one of my tacos weren’t even wrapped. Just terrible. I will never go to them again $15 down the drain for some food that could of easily been mistaken for dog food. This place just needs to shut down. It’s just overall gross ?
Twice in two weeks this place has been closed with no explanation. No sign on the door, nothing. First time at least someone apologized through the drive thru speaker, but with no explanation, this last time nothing and I just gave up. If something is going on fine, but say something. Taco bell is the only fast food restaurant where I've repeatedly had this issue, opening late, closing early, etc. Get it together.
Saturday Night around 10 pm this location turned out to be closed at 8:30pm (although Google claims they're open until 1AM). We all know the food is just snack food, but I would've just stayed home if I knew that there would be a piece of copy paper with a, "sorry we're closed sign" scotch taped to the window.Why are you keeping the lights on? The nearest property appears to have shutdown. Guess you're next.
Went here today at 1:30pm. Cars out front, people inside eating. Waited at the drive through for almost 10 minutes before driving around to the window. On the inside of the window was a small sign that said "sorry closed". The people that were inside eating were employees, they were eating and playing on their phones. They should have put a closed sign on the drive through. Won't be going back.
Worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Spent 20 minutes in drive up line only to be told they ran out of beef and could not fill my order. Owners, why don’t you spend a little more money on better managers before you go out of business.
Just ordered from here and my DoorDash order is completely wrong and I did not receive any sauce at all and no one is answering their phone. I would like to know what in the world is going on with this Taco Bell. Obviously no one there knows how to do their job correctly and poor management based off the other reviews I’ve seen recently
I am mostly leaving this review to let customers know that this location does not have dine in and hasn't for a good while. However, this info hasn't been updated on Google and they have not removed the large sign in the window that says they have dine in. This should be updated as it is very misleading.
Drive thru attendant said they did not serve crunch wraps here. They have them on the menue board??? I will not make the mistake of stopping by here again.
