My review is for the hours posted not being correct. I LOVE Taco Bell, I love going after a drink. But the other day I went to this location at 10:30(far earlier than the 1 am close posted) waited in line 10 minutes, got to the front of the line(a sizable line formed behind me) annnd…nobody was here. The people at the front we’re getting frustrated and just driving through the window. 1 am? Lol lol more like 9:30. After this experience I won’t be coming back. Too much competition out there
3rd time I have ordered on the app and drive 25 mins to this location to find out they are closed during regular business hours. I just order food and it’s Saturday at 12:30pm why on earth would they be closed during lunch on a Saturday. They need to fix the app where it doesn’t let you order and waist your time if a certain location is closed. All other food apps I use have this ability so I don’t understand why Taco Bell doesn’t. With gas being over 4 dollars a gallon right now people can’t afford to waist gas and drive 50 mins round trip for nothing.
One of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. Staff is always giving it their all. Only ever had 1 wrong order in over 18 months and they were so quick to fix it.
I can’t even express how terrible the service is here. As other reviews have stated, the people working this place at night close shop 4-6 hours early in some cases. Tonight, I placed a mobile order, paid, and went to the drive thru as instructed via the app. I got no response after 5 minutes so i drove up and saw an employee chilling inside and we made eye contact. I thought to myself “oh he saw me, i’ll just wait until he’s not busy.” I wait for about 10 minutes and he never came up to the window. I started knocking on the window very loudly and he still never came. Waited there for 30 minutes, the employee must have vanished from thin air because no one was in there. His car was in the parking lot and everything. I’m guessing they close shop and just chill inside so they can close the register when they are supposed to clock out. After all of this, I tried to cancel my order and the order disappeared after I was already charged. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
Really disappointed to see they were closed down at 8pm when posted hours say open til 11pm. The drive- thru was blocked off with a few trash cans, and there were no posted signs saying that they were closing early. I know the service industry is really suffering right now, but as a service worker myself, it is really frustrating when one of the few late night food options is continuously closing early. As we were leaving, we saw several cars pull in to the parking lot.
For the love of god, fix your operating hours. Ive come countless times around 11pm to 1am since it says its open and it rarely ever is anymore. Im sick of wasting gas to get here. I like the food otherwise I wouldn't bother putting anything here.
I understand they might be short staffed at times but it seems like a lot of times they close early. If management knows its an issue they need to either hire more people or update the hours permanently. Cuz most nights when I'm gonna get drive thru this place is closed; sometimes even before 9pm . It just really sucks but I hope it gets better.
Has decided to close 6 hours early, refuses to acknowledge when they are ready for the next part of the order and has told us "nope cannot do it" rudely in the middle of our order multiple times while yelling at people in the background and interrupting multiple times during the order. Refuses to give name but this is 2/14/22 at 6:53 pm if anyone cares.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Have been there multiple times in the past, times Ive went to the drive thru with no answer so I walked in. There was literally not a single soul inside and the doors were unlocked and the lights all on. Not even a car in the parking lot, I kinda took a gander around and even called out for someone, whoever worked that night just upped and left, this happened twice. On a separate occasion, I walked in and ordered once I had to wait an hour for 3 burritos and a crunchwrap and there was only 2 people (who weren't even wearing anything close to tacobell uniforms) making food. They constantly came out asking what I ordered which threw me off. On top of that Ive ordered online delivery for this location a couple times, in which they absolutely messed up my order on both occasions. When I called the location they rudely said "we caint do nothing call doordash, k" and hung up. This establishment just needs to be shut down, for over 2 years I have never had a single good experience with it and, keep in mind, I go there in hopes it would have changed but Im done. This place is a disgrace to any franchisee hiring employees.
This place is always my go-to when I am needing a late night snack or dinner. The nacho cheese doritos locos tacos are delicious as well as the beefy 5 layer burritos!
