I was In their location yesterday. And I was kicked out and told I wasn't allowed to come back for not wearing my mask or having my vaccination card. The way they treated me. Was absolutely horrible. The Foul language was very ugly. Next time just ask me to leave cause you did not embarrass me. You made this company look really bad. I did indeed file a complaint against this company and now have a lawyer taking care of everything else. NOT TO MENTION, I WAS RECORDING THE ENTIRE SCENE. Justice will be Served. God Bless yall so much.
First, how does a sandwich shop not have turkey or roastbeef? HEB is a short walk, and they have a deli, might be more expensive..but better than having dissatisfied customers. That's poor management. Secondly, when did a Subway sandwich start costing 10.00 and close to twelve for a tuna sub? I can't be the only one shocked by this. It's only been about a few weeks ago at another Subway I paid 7 or 8, which was ridiculous. We're talking the price for a sit down restaurant meal. I hope this is not the way all Subways are going.
The wait time here is very long. The staff do not hustle even when there is two or three people waiting parking. I wouldn’t rate poorly if it was due to being understaffed - it is a lack of effort. Lack of customer service too - low energy and not overly friendly. They are not rude though so that is good. Food quality is typical for a Subway - no complaints there.
Would like to give 2.5 stars but can't. Not very pleased. Waited in line for just over 20 minutes.

Not bad.They do tend to skimp you on the veggies though.
I really appreciate food workers and have always liked Subway food.But....Some employees kept forgetting order. Bread was dry(or overcooked) for both sandwitches we purchased; like lots of hard chewing. I did however see an incoming employee hold door open for gentlemen(thank you!)Tables were dirty.Bathroom was out of paper towels in mens room. And women's restroom needed to be cleaned.My spouse and I worked custodial jobs in and I recently finished working at a bakery, so we get that the job is underappreciated and underpaid(tight margins). We see you and we appreciate you.I hope the store improves.
