The two women working there didn't seem to care if you were there or not to place an order. Got backed up to like 5 people. The guy in front of me bailed because you stopped taking cash as tender????? It cost you a % to accept plastic. Some people don't have plastic. I don't understand unless you can't trust your employees to count money? If it's a Covid thing you're a little too late, you should have started that several years ago. I eat Subway at least once or twice a week. This store was weird today.

Awesome new joint!! Loved the new management team. Food was fresh and delicious.

Workers are completely disrespectful in every single way, also close and lock the doors like 5-10 minutes before 7pm just so nobody can come in last minute which we didn’t know they closed at 7 because on google it says 9pm. Horrible experience.

Standard Subway. I stop here for food, not because of the name.The vegetables are fresh, if limited, and the bread is good. The service is outstanding, as always at this location. These wonderful people need raises and the A/C needs to be colder. They are quick, efficient, and accurate- not like Thundercloud, who, in their effort to be "Austin different," forgot that the happy employee is a great employee and always underpay their staff. I feel our food service staff always get the bad end of the deal, but these folks in Georgetown weather the storm like troopers and pull off a friendly smile and an awesome attitude.

The staff are so unprofessional and rude. I went to pick up my order for lunch and waited a long time for curbside that never came. So, I went inside and picked it up myself. No big deal. I filled my drinks and checked my order and saw they gave me jalapeño chips instead of the ones I asked for, so I just switched them out. I get to my car and an employee comes running to my car and told me that I was stealing and needed to return the chips. Never even asked to see my receipt! I told him that he gave me the wrong chips so I swapped them out and showed him my receipt. He was so rude and unprofessional! Additionally, they got all three sandwiches wrong.

Part of the Georgetown subway experience is getting the pleasure of being greeted by Gary a raging British that obviously hates his job. If you are as lucky as my party you will get busted for not hearing them ask what You want. Or maybe you will be lucky enough to be forced to pay for a sandwich that you didn’t ask for. Overall a perfect 0 star experience.

I was in the store when of the employees made a scene with a customer. A simple misunderstanding as I saw it and the employee escalated it with a store full of customers. And then they didn’t offer to remake a sandwich for the guy at the end of the line. Not the best experience here for me.

One of the middle aged employees, maybe 30, told me to “Go eat somewhere else” after my sandwich came out of the toaster!! His employees were working hard on other orders while he just took his time to put gloves on and proceeded to stare out the window and do nothing. So I naturally got fed up and asked him “hey can you please wrap my sandwich before you start wrapping the pick up order up since mine is toasted and it’s getting cold”. The elderly woman behind me said she agreed because we were inshop. The man got really angry and had a bad temper and said “we could go somewhere else” while he wrapped our sandwiches up. Me and the elderly lady both looked at each other and left the store. I’m sorry subway got this review but you all need to get that man in check. He just lost you two customers. I will never go back to this location

There are some really rude staff members that have awful customer service. We were asked if we wanted our tuna toasted. We clearly said no. And without looking or acknowledging us, he just turned around and put it in the oven and said next. Honestly we were so taken aback we paid and threw it away. I would like a full refund but am more than certain they wouldn't be able to handle it at this store. I had decided to give subway another chance after some really bad customer service experiences, and here we go again with such a lack of it. Thunderclouds has my business from now on.
