Clean and employees are nice and do a great job.
Very disappointing. Ordered online to pick up and go. Say outside for ten minutes to find out they hadn't made the sandwich yet because they didn't have the bread I requested. Hello, a call would've made this a whole lot better. I understand running out of a poplar item. But call me to find out how to fix it. Don't wait on me to get there and wait ten min to find out then come ask. W.T.H. it's my lunch break people!!!
We order ahead to get it in time. We understand getting to the store and having a small wait time but it is every single time we go, at least a 20 minutes wait time. On top of that, the order is ALWAYS missing something that we leaving in the special request section. Every Time! I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but it happens every time! They need more staff and to read labels!
This Subway always has issues, and management is Rude to workers in the, presence of us customers. Definitely Need higher up to drop in unexpectedly. Workers get embarrassed no wonder ppl don't stay ?♀️?♀️?
Slow - one worker to handle prep, making, register, and online orders. Sandwich was fantastic, but it was slow

It's been a long time since I had good customer service at a Subway, that I had to stop eating and give the crew today a good positive review.
The subway on University Ave is worth the drive from where I live. Very friendly and wonderful staff. Always clean and the staff is very conscientious about washing their hands.
Please improve your process for catering orders. It should not interfere with in store customer transactions. I try not to compare one vendor to another. Please look at the model Schlotzsky's uses.
I’ve gone in here every week for at least a year. I think today was my last time. The food is good and the owner works very hard but there’s no excuse for rudeness or lack of friendliest to customers - especially repeat ones. I realize they’re overworked but today the tone of voice used when I mistakenly ordered before she was ready made me think it’s not worth me continuing to try to support them. I’ve gone out of my way to go there but if it isn’t appreciated then it’s time to move on.
