For the last 2 days the only 2 Starbucks in town have been closed in the morning during business hours, 5:45.So frustrating when you depend on coffee to get you thru your day and the stores close with no notice or signage as to why.
Worst Starbucks experience. Started off with 30% of Christmas items not ringing up right. Ok that’s fine. I’ll have your strawberry drink. Sorry we’re out of strawberries. Ok I’ll have a peppermint mocha. Sorry we’re out of peppermint. Ok we will take 2 bagels with cream cheese. She rings us up. After about 5 minutes let’s us know sorry no cream cheese either. Just refund our money!!!
Good coffee and bread. Total about $6.70. But no napkins and restrooms lacked paper towels. Employees hardworking and pleasant.
Great Starbucks, always busy, but always good. They are very patient and helpful with me, as I am indecisive. When I ask them to surprise me with a drink, I am never disappointed. Friendly and talented staff, for sure!!
Whether it’s the drive-through or mobile order they are consistently slow. Last week when I completed a mobile order, I arrived at the store at the time that it said it would be complete. My order had not been made and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes because they were behind. Again today I arrive after time it said it would be complete, and they proceed to tell me that I have to wait another 10 minutes. I had to walk out and leave without my order. In order to have received a refund I would’ve had to wait in a long line that would’ve taken equally as long.
Ordered a venti hot americano that at best tasted like weak coffee . The individual who took the order even sounded annoyed when I ordered it. Americanos are all I drink and it was obviously NOT an Americano but rather just weak coffee!! I did not have them add cream because they never get that right. Really Starbucks???? Are you still a coffee shop???? Or just a millennial oriented rip off without a clue?????? Do you have a manager or any sort of quality control????
Great place, employees are very kind and welcoming, food and drinks were great. I'm not sure why their ratings are a 4.1 and not higher, I've had nothing but a great experience here and nothing less.
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Showed the guy my sandwich and he didn’t even look at me. And they’re out of half the menu!!!! It’s September 26 and they’re out of pumpkin syrup and cold brews. How?!
The tables were all filthy. This was first thing in the morning. I was meeting a colleague for a discussion and was disappointed we had to clean our own table.
Parking and traffic is a real issue. Its only going to get worse. Wolf Ranch is a great place to be BUT find a different spot in the center please
