We've been coming to this Smoothie King weekly for several months now and have found the manager/owner does not value his customers. I'd had my eyes dilated and was essentially blind, which made me make an error placing my order through the app (I thought I was hitting review order, but actually hit place order). I asked the manager in the store if he would have mercy on me and honor the deal I had intended to use and he said no. I had been loyal to him, but he proved he was not loyal to me. Go to Smoothie King in Round Rock: they actually value your business and will do their best to make sure you get what you came for.
Delicious smoothie, friendly staff, and you can get it faster than waiting in the huge drive through line at the Starbucks next door. ?

I went to get a job there and they told me what I need to buy and that I was going to get told when to come in for training. I was checking up for over a month and I heard nothing

Always get your receipt, full on argued with me about what I ordered and what size, luckily the man behind me recalled it exactly too. Sure wish I hadn’t tipped.
