Very rude lady. Treated us very like we were a bother. Highly don’t recommend.
Sausage and cheese kolache was good but the glazed donut was terrible! Tasted like old grease was used. I went to the Williams Drive location and this place just needs to CLOSE down!

Do you guys even care anymore? Used to be great but now I cannot justify returning with the product you are providing. Today I purchased a dozen variety for the new employee and when I opened the box I was so embarrassed. No one is touching these.
I have loved going to Shipley Do-nuts my entire life. But the owners or operators of the Georgetown, TX store on Williams Drive have quality control issues. These shops are franchises and all are now different. These people are rude and use old grease. These people are not up to the old standards. I won't go back to this location. AND DON'T TRY TO GET A FREE DONUT ON DONUT DAY!! What a joke!!!
I ordered a dozen iced donuts online with a mix of chocolate, Bavarian, and maple. Only one maple donut was in the box the rest were chocolate due to shortages. I would have liked to had the opportunity to get just glazed. They probably would have tasted better. The maple donut looked like one that missed out on the icing part! I had no idea it was maple!!! It absolutely didn’t taste like maple and for that matter the chocolate ones didn’t even taste like chocolate. Where’s the icing??? Where’s the flavor! How hard can that be?

Young girl didn't know what she was doing. Had to go back inside twice for wrong filled donuts. And we were the only customer in store.
