I tried to go through the drive-thru to order but no one was taking my order. So I drove up to the window and when they finally noticed I was at the window told me that he couldn't take my order because it would only take my order from the speaker area. It was almost pointless to that point because I had sat at the speaker for 4-5 minutes saying hello with no answer thinking that they might be closed. I told him that I at least needed to order something to drink because my blood sugar was low and was told that they were out of ice. Total waste of my time

We have gotten the chicken sandwiches on several occasions and they have always been tasty. However, today we decided on the 5 piece chicken tender box. I had to use the drive-thru as the dining room was closed. I ordered one spicy and one mild with fries on one and mashed potatoes on the other, with honey barbecue dipping sauce. Upon arriving home, I found rice and beans instead of mashed potatoes, no dipping sauce and the chicken tasted old, like it had been sitting out for quite a while. On top of that, there was no receipt in the bag!???

Service was fast, friendly and accurate, and the food was good. What more do you need from a drive-thru at a fastfood restaurant?

Chicken from the Wolf Range in Georgetown Tx was dry and it seems it was on the warmer too long. I will never purchase again from this store. In my opinion it lacks quality control.

I went there a few days ago and when I ordered, I told the person taking my order I had a coupon. When I got to the window and handed them the coupon, the person was very rude. Apparently they did not pay attention when I ordered and they were upset that they had to cancel the order and re-enter it due to the coupon.

I made a $25 order online to be delivered. The 8 chicken tenders were old and hard.I ordered coleslaw but received nasty beans and rice.The biscuit was old and inedible. And no one answered the phone when I called. A complete waste of $25+ and I am very disappointed and will never order or recommend again ?

We bought ckn tenders - excellent. Took them home and put wing sauce on them - even better! The Mac and cheese was some of the best I've ever had!

Do not go to this location unless you want to get ripped off. They ran my card wrong and "voided" it then re-ran it with a "discount". Well the void never happened and now I have been fighting since the first week of October to get $30 back. I went to the store multiple times, talked to the area manager Mary Effion and called thier corporate office like 6 times now. No one has done anything. I'd be willing to bet I'm not the only person this has happened to and someone there is lining thier pockets with other people's refunds. I have receipts and screenshots of everything.

Okay the food was on par but it took a bit to get it. The timing was fine but the person taking the order couldn't speak good english, so it was wrong. To top it off, there is no way inside the building as it is shut down to any guest. I knocked on the door but no one came. I had to walk to the drive thru and ask the customer if o could squeeze between their car so I could talk to someone. I had also tried calling first but the line was busy. I would never mind waiting but hated the extra steps just to get lunch.
