You really phucked me on this order. We discussed on the phone one thing and you totally rung me up for something else and more expensive. Never ordering from this place again idc what you do to make it right. This is why I stick to online orders... Except for some reason this location's website insisted on being in Spanish... No hablo Español
How does this pizza look? I ordered this for a 7:30 pick up, as we hung up the operator said it would be ready at 7… I said, wait, we can’t pick up til 7:30…. She transferred me to the store but had to explain situation 2x. they said it was already baking … the manager said he would make sure it was fresh … my hubby picked up on his home and thinking it was fresh … this is how it looks … and it tastes just as crunchy/toasty … ran through the over 2x? In the warmer for 45m? Not sure what happened but this isn’t how fresh pizza looks. Disappointing for the usual papa John’s quality … ??On a positive note … we had not had the pull aparts before and they were very good
Horrible experience. I ordered online and it said the pizza will be ready in 15-45 min. Two min later i received a text saying my pizza is ready for pick up. I kinda think,hmm that was quick. Pick up the pizza and didnt pay attention. Saw my son picking on the pizza and i take a look. The pizza was so dry, and burnt. I called them to let them know. "Dee" answered the phone. I told him the pizza was bad and burnt and dry.he started laughing. I asked him whats funny? He said he was coughing. I said, no youre not coughing. He said, no im coughing and started gigling. I told him i would like to speak to he manager. Andrew the manager answered the phone. I told him, first your staff is rude. I was complaining- he interrupted me and said" i cant stop my employees to laugh if they want to laugh. I let it go and said, the pizza was bad, burnt and dry. He said, bring the pizza back-balh blah... I said imnot gonna drive 30 min to return a pizza. Im not wanting another pizza and im not asking for a refund.. im calling to let u know the pizza was bad. He said, ohh well is there anything i can help you? He was very very rude. I said youre very rude. He said i have a lot of things to do, what else i can help u with? Ihe sont want to give me corporate number and wants me to google it and hanged up. I believed the staff was laughing because they knew they will received a call from me for the bad pizza. They knew they gave me an old, cold, burnt, dry pizza. If i can give a zero star i would. I have been a Papa Johns customer for more than 10 yrs,since in Ohio. Never had experience like this. Always get a good pizza and good customer service. But this experience make me change my mind about them. Never buying from this location ever again!
Staff is always very friendly and timely with the delivery of our food whether through delivery or curbside pickup. Thank you.

I was very disappointed in the taste of this pizza. The presentation of the pizza looked good, but the pizza was dry and the condiments were as well. I’m mad I spent almost $40 for pizza I was not satisfied with.
They're good and quick when ordering through app, parking is very limited and near some construction.
[Ex Papa John's Employee here] Don't trust what callers say about wait times, trust the online system. Called on Halloween evening and asked what their wait times were. Guy said 1:30-2 hour wait. Decided to order the pizza anyway and it was ready in 30 minutes. Granted it was only one pizza but lying about wait times for fear of getting party sized orders is scummy. Ordering online tells you the accurate times for the most part. Food is great otherwise, they're always nice.

When we received our order the delivery guy was carrying our XL pizzas like it was a brief case. He had on flip flops with no socks he didn’t have our pizza in a pizza bag warmer, and our pizza was COLD!! I’ve tried to contact the store 5 times and got no one on the phone to help resolve this issue .
