Was in Panera today and things were noticeably improved … clean, quick service and well staffed. Team was very friendly and helpful. The bakery looked organized and well stocked, the drink and coffee bar was clean and organized, the tables and floor were clean. Great experience today … thank you!! (We live in the area and love Panera seems to have struggled but was so much better today! <3)
I like Panera bagels and order a couple of dozen every 2-3 weeks...but not tonight! Their web site doesn't recognized either my normal login or my Panera Bread number. Simple enough, I'll just call my order in. Nope! 'I'm sorry but we cannot take phone orders.'Not exactly a successful business model!Next I tried to just go directly to my local store via the Panera Bread web site; "0 found." Then just before giving up entirely, I used Google Maps to find the store. That search was successful and Google even remembered my previous orders. So, I placed a repeat order for 2 dozen UNSLICED bagels. of course there was no way to enter my Panera rewards number but I thought I could get that done at pickup...Nope! I did, however, manage to get the bagels, of course, they were all sliced and I discovered that too late to return them.
The online ordering can be the pits. When I called the Georgetown Tx store, nobody answered the phone on my 1st try. I called back, finally got a person, explained that I wasn't able to place my order online and wanted to place an order with her. She couldn't take it because she's not allowed to take my payment info. Told her I'd pay for it when I picked it up. Put me on hold and nobody picked up.
Only 1 person at the cashier station at lunch time. So, we try the screen ordering system. Time consuming, it does not recognize the Reward coupon I entered. It does not recognize my Reward number. Can't be sure the sandwich will be as I enjoy it. What a PAIN. And did I say time consuming?? Finally give up and stand in line for the 1 cashier. The order comes out right, but it seems the Pick Two is not such a bargain. We had 2 Pick Two meals and 1 drink. The bill was over $25 for lunch. Seriously? Half a sandwich and a cup of soup each. Thanks for the inflation J Biden.
This place is so good ! Their chili is thick, hearty and full of beans & veggies - none of this Texas "chili" which has a lot of broth and some meat. The 10-Vegetable soup is so delicious! Everything we've had here is wonderful, healthy and filling. The soups are my favorite (because I love soup-and really, doesn't everyone??!) They give you a piece of nice crusty artisan bread instead of *shudder* two saltines in a plastic wrapper. Or, you can get soup in a bread bowl, if you're really hungry and love bread (again....doesn't everyone??!). The salads and sandwiches are excellent as well. I haven't had their breakfasts but this is delicious fast food that won't clog up your arteries!

This is a nice place for lunch. The soup is always consistently good, as is the salads of which they have a large selection. The bread is chewy and just great. An overall healthy place for dining with reasonable pricing.
Lazy girl at the register. Hands me a cup for my tea. I look all around for hot water and tea... I come back to ask her where is it? She takes back my cup and fills it behind the cupboard and also tea choices behind counter. Wth?My friend ordered a chicken salad sandwich but didn't get that.Then before we're done eating another girl comes to tell us the dining room is closing. I'll skip going inside and just use drive up in the future.
Delicious food, clean restaurant. Terry deserves lots of compliments for his service. Each time my son and I done there, he has gone above and beyond. Thanks!
food was good and plenty to eat. cashier lacked helpfullness when asking questions acted as if we were bothering her. lacks knowledge of menu information also nor did she wear gloves when handling pastries ( which we thru out ) and mask was below her nose, sadly she is a sad representive of this location. store inside and out very clean. all other staff we talked to were very nice .
