Very good service. Place was really clean and food portions are good highly recommend
The only reason I gave a two is because the staff are always nice but it would have been a -1 if I could rate it that way do to only getting a small piece of beef in my beef in broccoli dish and I didn't see it until I got home (live 20 mins away) what happened to the two scoop of main dish policy?!
No one in the restaurant, 5 people working and not 1 person acknowledges you. Close up and move on out. Wolf Ranch Panda Express is 100X better.
The Panda Express in Georgetown, Texas is the best Panda Express restaurant at which I have eaten. The restaurant is clean, the food is good, and the staff is friendly.
Service was good. Food was only fair. Entree's needed more flavor & sauce.
Sweet fire chicken was cold and soggy. Portion size lacking. Fried rice tepid in temperature. Apparently items sitting too long or temperature controls not working.
I usually have no problem with this restaurant, but I stopped here tonight at the drive through and drove off without ordering as whoever was working the drive through was exceptionally rude
They do no use gloves at all. Seen a lady handle money, then use a rag to wipe stuff down and then ask me what I wanted and proceeded to grab my to go plate. I asked the manager if they required them to use gloves or at least wash hands after cleaning and handling money. She said no. Hygiene skills are at a minimum. I didnt even order after that.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive-through. They were more worried about proving me wrong on what I ordered instead of making it right so that I could pay and leave since they messed up my order the first time. I gave them my food and told him I’ll never be back.
Delicious, but don't get there within an hour of them closing, they stop cooking.
