This McDonald’s is the worst! Every time I went there they got the order wrong. They can’t even take a order right. Last time they spilled the hot coffee on my hand. I do not go to this McDonald’s. The one on Austin ave in Georgetown has always gotten my order right. Stay away from this McDonald’s. A lot of bad reviews and the owner does not want to make it right!
Horrible! Half our order was missing. A piece of a hamburger patty was hanging outside the box. They had no cups for drinks, but gladly charged us for them. We were disgusted and demanded our money back. Almost every time we go to this particular McDonald's there is always something wrong with the order. We went to Whataburger instead and will continue to do so.Wish there was a option for negative stars in the rating.
Work on drive thru line work on your customer service and tell the big belly girl in the back to quit eating all the food. I seen her shoving food in her mouth. I’m sure the cameras caught her too. Stealing food is not okay gorda!
The people working were smiling and happy. Everyone wished us a good day. We happily wished them the same. The food was fresh and hot. ?
I ordered the crispy chick sanwich and med fries today. I got home and I ended up with what must have been a childs chicken sandwich!!?? Thick piece of chick was so small and over cooked with 2 little pickles that's it!? $8 for a chicken mcmuffin size meal that was tastless!! I don't eat here very often but it's bad everytime.
I eat there a lot and It's usually fine but at at about 10:32 a.m. my hamburger was rare.
The guys taking the orders need to learn to listen, our order was so screwed up on Monday evening buy the time we finally got to eat our fries was almost cold
Just left they had messed up my order. Corrected it and came back home just to take a bite & it’s not even fully cooked …
I usually like my fries but lately it don't taste good. And every McDonalds is onion happy.
This location is pretty good at orders they got my vote!
