I understand its McDonald's, and the food is what it is, but the service was down right aweful. First they got my order wrong. Whatever it was busy. Then come to find out they didnt even give me half of said order. But the kicker is that when i called to explain, the person on the phone was rude and refused to give a refund for the missing food. Look, I get it if you're busy, but treating people like that is unacceptable.
This place is horrible longest line ever! Do not waste your time GO TO WHATABURGER
First as soon as i got i the store went to the rest room there was no toliet paper and the sink was very dirtyThen as i was ordering i told them we were dining in as the lady was taking my order i informed them of every bundle that needed a drink. At the end i told her stuff was missing she cashed me out. And i was still correct i was missing 2 drink she then rung me up for them that she missed.Then within less then 5 mins my order was ready and my stuff was put in bags!!!!!Came to my table to check it and i was missing 2 sausage biscuits smh. The biscuits were over cooked and chicken was dry. My first time coming here and my last. Will not waste my money!!
I usually don't comment on large franchise restaurants as all stores should be doing the same thing. Lately it doesn't seem like they are so... At this store, service at the drive thru was fast and friendly and hamburgers were juicy and fries did not taste like they were cooked in old grease - which so many others restaurants do.
Dropped in for breakfast. They always have great food. Hoices and their pricing is not bad. Got their sale sandwiches and they were very good. There is always a big line at the drive through but it always goes fast. The staff was good and attentive.
That Kiosk station is a joke. You take a while to figure out how to order on it... You push the help assistance button and that takes longer and your lucky if they dont come help you with an attitude... Then you got 2 registers 1 helping in store orders other one running the drive thru. Not sure who runs the circus but the clown is lost and confused?
Decent spot but they really need way more mobile ordering spots now. The drive thru is always packed as a result of only 2 mobile ordering spots…
Horrible the night manager accusing me of not wanting to paybfor my food. Simply because she did not know how the McDonald's app works. Then when she was proven wrong teies to cuss me out in spanish.. the look on her face when i did the same in spanish.
Worst tasting Filet-O-Fish I've ever had. I like the taste of McDonald's live fish but not the way these guys cook them. The chicken McNuggets for some reason felt and tasted like sawdust encased in rubber. Don't go here.
Went thru drive-thru and. Again they forgot my sauce. I told the girl and she said well look lady I didnt pack ur bag..then she became loud and called me a f___ bi___..wow manager just said oh she dont work here but u can go now..seriously shes serving the drive thru..i will never return here..
