Decent food, good happy hour prices. Please ignore the weird reviews that are obviously from an angry ex employee. Lots of people in the restaurant when we were there, all treated in a familiar manner with hugs and updates on life. Very comfortable place.
They have always made us feel at home. More so me!! Such a great environment. Love the staff. Their drinks are absolutely amazing. And the food is a peice of home.
Only went for breakfast tacos, but they were pretty good. Bacon and egg and chorizo were tasty and hearty. The salsa was very tomato forward, too much so in my opinion.The decor was welcoming, the place was fully staffed with nice and helpful people, and the dining area was full of patrons, especially for 9a on a Thursday.
Such a disappointment , but this was also a second choice option. This place is literally 3 mins walking sDistance from my home, so I was hopeful it was good. Ordered a top shelf margarita (19.00) that was like a 3 dollar happy hour special, and the shrimp quesadilla , anyone reading this review I assure you , you could make it better at home. My waitress got my order wrong, it was just all bad, I was barely there 40 mins. Food came out quickly , but it was tasteless. Literally shrimp on a tortilla with cheese, no flavor At ALL. Sadly by it being a quick walk across the street , I would rather walk up the street to MAS FAJITAS. This place was an epic fail for my Taco Tuesday outing. :(
Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service ⭐⭐The food was very good.? I'm a little bit disappointed about the service. It felt like we were bothering our waitress whenever we asked for stuff and there were little things that she forgot to give us. ? There was no sugar on the table for our coffee. We had drinks and she didn't give us the straws. She didn't check back at the table to see if we wanted more coffee. We had to kind of keep flagging her down. I'm not sure if it was considered a busy time but I just feel she could have been a little bit more attentive. ? First Visit!My friend is really picky. I mean PICKY! So if he says it's good...it's a good thing. He ordered the menudo. He said it was really good. I ordered the huevos and papas with beans, corn tortilla and bacon. I had to flag my waitress down to ask for salsa. It was good though. It was a lot of food for me; I had to take half of it home so the serving sizes are pretty good.My friend takes me on all these little adventures to these restaurants that I've been reviewing lately. Hopefully we'll come to this one again and we'll give it another try.
I order the taco salad and the 'bowl' was soggy. I thought the waitress would come to check on me but was busy with the other waitresses. So I ate because I was hungry. Finally, when she checked on me and I complained, she said it was because of the lettuce. Yet the bottom of the tortilla was crisp where the lettuce was. Anyway, the manager gave me a couple of dollars off, whatever...it's time to move on to another place.
Great food. Good service. A little pricey. I enjoyed it immensely.
absolutely terrible staff you guys got at that restaurant. our waitress kept on giving me and my family bad looks as she served us. she didn’t regularly check in on us as we were eating, and not only that, it took her 30 minutes to give us our check. 30 MINUTES! you guys seriously need to reevaluate all of your workers because no one else helped us.
My boyfriend and I eat lunch here fairly often. The service is always quick and decent. Food is pretty good for the $. Great for a quick lunch!
