We stopped by the The South Fork Food Truck area this past weekend. One of the Trucks was La Parrilla. We got the Cachapa with beef. It was soo delicious the beef is cooked perfectly and tender. The Cachapa was cheesy with a wonderful corncake. Definitely go try this place out!
Wow. Delicious. The beef is so succulent, bursting with flavor. The employees are just a wonderful as the food and will help you pick out something perfect to eat. We will be back. New favorite food truck!!
Hands down one of the most magical food truck experiences ever. The food is flavorful, the toppings are plentiful, the sauce…. oh the green sauce. What can one say when you realize this sauce should be on more than just the cachapas. We put the green sauce on brisket and it transformed the brisket in to an experience unto itself. If you don’t try anything else at Southfork, you have to try La Parrilla.
