The subs are good, but this location’s employees need an overhaul. Orders are frequently incorrect and we had an instance where we ordered online and gone to pick up (with 30 mins to spare before closing) and no one was there and we didn’t get our food. There is zero customer service half the time. I think only one person acknowledges people when they come in and everyone else can’t be bothered.
Ordered the Calif club - the bacon was 95% fat, they POURED so much oil and dressing on the sandwich, that the bread was totally soggy and impossible to eat. Additionally, their service/prep is very, very slow
It's a chain shop, but it always feels like a small owned place. I'm originally from the North East and Jersey Mike's is one of the few places that remind me of home.
Employee's arguing with each other in front of customers, owner or manager is right there and just watches. They are busy and very slow so the owner does the right thing and just leaves? Don't waste your time and just go to the Round Rock location.
My husband just brought me home a sub tonight and it was nice and fresh, the typical jersey Mike’s quality, but I was really disappointed that not only were they out of honey mustard (at a sandwich shop which was surprising to me!), but they totally forgot to put bacon on my sub! By the time we realized it of course, it was too late and he was already home. We will come back because we love the sandwiches but will definitely have to make sure we watch carefully, especially if we take it to go.
Sandwiches are good, and the mini is the perfect size. They are just a bit slow service wise which makes no sense ebecause it doesn't ever seem to be busy when we go. It would be nice if the person making sandwiches would also change gloves between checking someone out and making the next sandwich.
I did a Uber eats order from here last night and spent over $50 for 2 very disappointing tubs and a giant Italian sandwich. The Cali club was just thrown all together and then drowned in oil and vinegar. So much so it had to be drained out to try to eat it. Lettuce was also hanging all out of the container. Tub #2 was a big Kahana that also had alot of liquid in the tub. The giant Italian had pickles sticking out of the paper. Very disappointed in the quality and appearance of my order.
Waiting 45 min on a Togo order...none of the employees communicate with each other, nobody greeting customers, older gentlemen making long talk with customers, instead of doing their job.. tension in the air. Not an inviting atmosphere.
Ordered three sandwiches today on the app. They got all three sandwiches wrong. I would have gone back but I was traveling through. I checked the receipt and the receipt showed exactly what I ordered. I guess there's a reading comprehension issue here. Usually love Jersey Mike's... Not this one.
Man oh man went in here one day and had a very pleasant experience with the employees there they were super quick and friendly and even though they had a packed store and a good size line they were getting sandwiches out as fast as they could. The phone rang and you could hear the manager yell to them to answer it even though they were very very busy. One employee said we can’t answer it right now because we are very busy and the manager came out and started yelling at them because he had to answer it. Very unprofessional manager yelling at employees in front of a restaurant full of customers.
