So it was my first time ever going to Jack in the box where I actually ordered food. I had been to Jack in the box before but left because there was nobody in the lobby or anyone even order from.So let's just start off with the lobby which was utterly disgusting and filthy. Fries around the floor the tables were all sticky and had soda remnants all over them.The Coke freestyle machine that was in the lobby didn't have any ice, nor did it have any coke or any of the coke products and a few other flavors were also out.The service was great and the kid that we ordered from was super friendly and super nice so this isn't a problem with the staff per se... Maybe they were just having an off night, maybe they just couldn't get to the lobby to clean everything up... I don't know, maybe it was also supply chain issues and that was the reason why the Coke freestyle machine wasn't in total working order.I ordered the big box of 50/50 chicken nugs, and the mini tacos. I can't say I really cared for the many tacos but I was just trying it so why not. The 50/50 chicken box was actually very tasty. I feel that you didn't get enough sauce though for the amount of nugs they gave you. I think they should actually give you one more container of sauce.
Worst jack in the box i have ever been to. Apparently they do not answer the phone unless the gm is there and they will be very rude to you and tell you that you didnt not ask you for things you asked for, will roll your eyes at you and walk away while your talking to them. They will not help you with a messed up order and refuse to admit there own faults in the incident, it took me 3 tries just to get a little cup of taryaki sauce. First try we got pancake syrup and the second time ranch. Incompetent employees being ran by an Incompetent general manager and a ignorant store owner who does not care about the jack in the box name or there own buisness
This location seems so dirty. I ordered inside and my shoes were sticking to the floor! Gross! Egg sandwich was mediocre. Little flavor. Staff not friendly. Won't make that mistake again.
Did not get all of our food. The drive thru attendant were rude Also did not get a receipt, didn’t get all my food I order call the place and no one would answer this jack has to hire new people staff is rude and honestly stupid ignorant lady at the drive thru need to get fire you don’t like your job go work somewhere else.
Wait wasn't to bad, but definitely not the best Jack I'd been to. Food was a little dry and fries were a tad cold. The service was probably the only superb thing.
I've driven thru twice including this morning at 0620. No one answers the drive thru, after waiting 10 minutes, drive up to window, see a staff member, but he doesn't acknowledge paying customers! Are you open? If so, train your staff to be attentive and professional. I even called the restaurant to alert them that there was at least 2 cars waiting, no one answered. Guess I'll take my money and business elsewhere.
I ordered a salad and they didn’t tell me they were out until I had pulled around to the window to pay. So I got a sourdough chicken sandwich and it wasn’t that great.
One of the better Jack in the Box stores in the area. The food is always fresh and hot. The employees are generally very nice and pleasant. But access to the restaurant can be a test of patience because it's got short entry/exit driveways on the small corner lot.
The manager Brianda of this location is top notch. Food is always hot. Service with a smile is a refreshing throw back to the way service should be done
I mistakenly kept calling g the tiny taco sauce jalapeño sauce. We checked our order and it was just ranch so we ask did yall not give us the jalapeño sauce. He said that is the ranch. I said no this is plain ranch I'm asking about the green top one. He mumbled something and passes us off to the lady standing behind him. I was asking her for it. Then I said my bad it's the avocado sauce. All along He is in the back ground mad mucking me and saying we don't have jalapeño. The lady said this one. And showed the green tip. I said yes that's the one. There was no need for his attitude and rudeness. Sometimes I forget things names. Will not be back
