The Jack in the box in University I didn't even bother ordering from. My wife and I pulled up to the speaker and the dude said "there's just two of us working here tonight and the car in the front of you just ordered a lot of food so it's going to be a while".Now okay that should have been the first red flag... But I waited anyways because I'm a patient person. When was my time to order there was a laundry list of things that they didn't have. The first one that really put me off was that they didn't have any ice.... How are you serving drinks if you don't have any ice?!They also didn't have any tacos, no ice cream or shakes, the no ice thing, and he mentioned something else but it was so fast that I didn't even pay attention. So I just said I'm good, cancel everything and then just waited for the car in front of me to leave so then I could leave and go to a different location.Maybe they were having a bad night I don't know but I won't be going back.
Came in an hour before they closed and sat in the drive thru for waiting for 5 minutes for someone to answer before pulling up to the first window. Watched the worker hide in the back so they didn't have to take my order I also watched the manager take the trash out and completely ignore me sitting there. I never leave bad reviews but I just got off work after a 9 hour shift serving and I’m clearly very annoyed.
What a joke. You get ignored by staff when trying to get what you paid for. Why offer items on app that aren’t available. And who doesn’t make shakes when they’re advertised all over the building? People who don’t care about customer service. That’s who. This store should just close its doors and let the one on 2243 have the business. ???
We went to this location and order an ultimate bacon cheeseburger and got only two little slices of bacon. A chicken sandwich combo with curly fries and regular fries. The sweet tea taste like rusty sink water. The lady in the drive thru was rude. Customer skills aren't represented at this restaurant.
I swear Jack In the box is not what it use to be. The customer service is awful, they always try to rush you and have you in the line for 20 minutes! Then get to the window and tell you we are out of tacos, out of egg rolls and no ranch. What in the world! It never fails! The owner needs to check his employees and train them better.
Embarrassingly slow drive thru line. 1 car moves every 8 minutes or more. Impressive! Anyone doing any metrics in that store to make it better? Lol. Nah. Hence my 1 star review
Whoever’s at the speaker need training in customer service. I asked for curly fries and they gave me regular. I ordered a jumbo jack and received a jr. It was only the afternoon and they were out of tacos, I should have just left when they said that.
Absolutely insane the food has to be days old.there is a burnt ring around the burger that crumbles into an oily mess only met with a off colored center. This place needs to shutdown right now! There are a lot of elderly people in this city and food like that can and will take a life. The fact that this place is open and didn’t have multiple lawsuits against it is jaw dropping. Never under any circumstance eat her eat a napkin from ur glove box . It will taste the same and won’t kill you.
This used to be a really good location. I’ve never had a problem getting a jumbo Jack in the morning, till today. Now they said they’re just serving breakfast. Just sad. After some thought in a long line Drove off without getting my order.
Spent over an 1hour in the drive through. Would’ve left but unable to because we had cars in front and behind us. Once getting to speaker it took 5 minutes for us to be able to place our order. Then we find out they’re out of Tacos after already waiting 30 minutes to order. We finally order and spend another 30 or so minutes waiting to get to window to pay and receive food. We found out that they only had 2 people working at the time. Once we received our food and got home to eat it. The Jumbo jacks we ordered were jr burgers and the fries were cold and tasted old. The burger was burnt and hard. I would stay far away from this Jack In the box. I will never again be going to this Jack In the box again.
